  Bigger than on the pictures!
  Floor heating in the bathroom is very lovely.
  Terrace is also quite large.
  Crew is easily reachable on WhatsApp.
  
  What could be improved: There is some minor wear and tear, but nothing that bothers your stay.
  You have to do an online check-in and pay a deposit, which I didn't get paid back yet. It takes some time.

  Spacious rooms, convenient check in/out system, great location. Host responded to request very quickly. Beds are comfortable, smart TV is convenient. Fast security deposit refund.
  
  What could be improved: Bad sound isolation in the inside of the building (if you have loud neighbors in the halls, everything is heard), we missed some basic kitchen items (like a kitchen towel), but received it after asking. No toiletries.

  What could be improved: We just stayed for one night and it required 200EUR deposit online. And after we checked out, they informed us via msg that they will not refund the deposit due to a damage of the furniture. But it was already there when we checked in, just because we forgot to report it. We definitely couldn't accept it, and argued for a whole day. They just kept blaming on us and didn't want to admit it was their mistake and ignored this damage in previous check out. Only when we firmly insist they should reinspect the damage again, they did the check and realised it could never be our responsibility. And finally they agree to fully refund the deposit. But the arguing process was very frustrate and annoying……
  Besides, the sofa bed in the living room was quite worn-out

  What could be improved: No heating at all, very cold rooms. Half of our journey we didn't have hot water, so we couldn't take a shower. Deposit!

  What could be improved: Apartment is very dark and the beds smell like mold. Linens, pillows and duvets not comfortable. Noisy location next to the apartment doors with lots of foot traffic and slamming. The set up is inconvenient, with one bedroom as a shared lounge room and access to the only bathroom through the other bedroom. Way overpriced for the condition and facilities. Apartment is disappointing compared to the pictures.
