Location

The Vodičkova and Štěpánská tram stops are each about 5 minutes on foot, and Václavské náměstí stop about 6 minutes. Charles Square is about 3 minutes away, Wenceslas Square and the New Town Hall about 5 minutes, the Dancing House about 11 minutes and Old Town Square about 13 minutes on foot. Prague Main Railway Station is about 13 minutes’ walk, and Václav Havel Airport roughly 35 minutes by car.

The property

The hotel occupies two buildings: about 50 Biedermeier-style rooms are in the building on Školská Street and 132 rooms in an Art Deco building, with seven floors served by lifts. Rooms are air-conditioned, non-smoking and have tea and coffee facilities. There are two restaurants, Glera for international dinners and Victoria for breakfast, plus a bar/lounge, and a wellness area with a sauna and hot tub. Breakfast runs from 06:30 to 11:00 for about CZK 400 per adult. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the hotel holds the EU Ecolabel.

Huge rooms, staff very friendly. Very clean and well maintained hotel and the breakfast was amazing. Wouldn't recommend getting laundry done though as it was very expensive!
