It’s tucked away on Záhřebská street in this quiet residential pocket of Prague that honestly feels more like staying in a local neighborhood than being a tourist. I mean, you’re still in the thick of things – Vinohrady is one of those areas where actual Praguers live and work – but it’s got this calm, tree-lined vibe that’s a welcome break from the crowds around Old Town.

The apartments themselves are exactly what you’d want if you’re planning to actually live in Prague for a few days instead of just passing through. The kitchens are properly equipped (not those sad hotel kitchenettes with two plates and a broken coffee maker), and the whole setup feels like someone’s well-maintained flat rather than generic hotel furniture. I particularly loved the terrace aspect they mention in the name – depending on which unit you get, you might score one of those lovely little outdoor spaces that are perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine after walking around the city all day. The building itself has that classic Prague charm without being overly touristy about it.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re a quick tram ride from the major sights, but when you come home in the evening, you can actually grab groceries at the local Tesco or pop into one of the proper Czech pubs nearby where the beer costs what it should and the locals aren’t rolling their eyes at tourists. The area gets pretty quiet after 9 PM – which might be a downside if you’re looking to party every night, but honestly, it’s perfect if you want to get some decent sleep and not feel like you’re camping in the city center. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street (typical for Prague), but the management usually has solid advice about where to leave your car if you’re driving. The 9-star rating makes total sense when you factor in that you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities at a price that won’t make you wince every time you think about your credit card bill.

We absolutely loved the apartment and the communication from the property staff before as well as during our stay. The apartment was spotless, gorgeous and felt like a home.   В студии очень красивый дизайн интерьера, новая мебель , чисто и уютно🙂 Находится там было одно удовольствие!!! Место расположения просто замечательное🙂 до трамвайной остановки 5 минут пешком и за 20минут , 22й трамвай довезет вас в старый город (остановка Народни Трида) , а прогулка пешком от отеля к Вацлавской площади составляет около 20минут.🙂

  Appartement très bien équipé et très bien décoré, tout semble neuf, bonne literie, bien placé pour visiter Prague. Nous avons trouvé un parking juste en face avec Parkit. Très contente de cet appartement.
