You know what surprised me most about this place? The moment you step inside, you completely forget you’re smack in the middle of Prague’s busiest tourist zone. I mean, Wenceslas Square is literally right there – you can practically roll out of bed and be at the Good Soldier Švejk statue in two minutes – but somehow the apartment feels like this calm little sanctuary above all the chaos.

The location is honestly ridiculous in the best way possible. Opletalova street is one of those addresses that makes locals nod approvingly when you mention it. You’re walking distance from Národní třída (where all the good restaurants are hiding), but you’re also close enough to the main train station that dragging your luggage isn’t a nightmare. I actually watched people from my window struggling with their bags on the cobblestones while sipping coffee in my pajamas – there’s something deeply satisfying about that. The building itself has that classic Prague charm without being stuffy about it. You’ll hear some street noise during the day, but it’s more like the gentle hum of a city that’s actually alive, not the aggressive honking you get in some capitals.

What really won me over was how the easyBNB folks have figured out that whole check-in thing. No awkward waiting around for someone to show up with keys, no complicated lockbox situations that make you feel like you’re breaking in. The apartment itself punches way above its 3-star rating – I’ve stayed in “luxury” places that felt more sterile and unwelcoming. The kitchen actually works (shocking, I know), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the bed is one of those setups where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed. There’s decent natural light, which is harder to find in Prague’s older buildings than you’d think, and the whole place has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to stick around instead of just crashing between sightseeing marathons. Honestly, with a 9 rating from other travelers, I was expecting to find some obvious flaw that everyone was overlooking, but after a few days there, I got it – sometimes a place just gets all the basics right without trying to be something it’s not.

  The apartment was very clean, comfortable, safe, suitable and in a great location! Quick responses from the staff was also very encouraging and helpful. In a cold days, have an appointment such a close to the main points is another great thing!

  We were impressed by the location and cleanliness of the apartment. Even though it is in the very center, it is extremely quiet and pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the easyBNB team. Very good value for money. I recommend.

  The apartment had 2 separate bedrooms. One is just off the kitchen area. So the early riser should use this one. The bathroom is large in size and was clean. The kitchen had full facilities with dishwasher,microwave and washing machine. Coffee pod machine. Fans for the warmer days and nights in each bedroom.

  Excellent communication from the easyBNB team. Apartment had everything we wanted. Also there are certainly curtains for privacy in the glass walled bedroom.

  Location is just perfect, close to almost everything! the apartment was clean and with good beds.

  The apartment was pretty much exactly as on the photos. Amenities inside were great. Location is very good if speaking only about the fact how convenient it is to get to places from there (see negatives)
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, being located so centrally (it's literally only 2 minutes away from a Vaclav's monument) means that there are A LOT of people close by. To make things worse, directly opposite of the building entrance, there is a 24/7 late night grocery store, where (you guessed it) people buy a lot of alcohol at night and drink it right under your windows. That basically means that you can't open the windows at night, unless you want to hear screams, laughs, singing, fights (yes, there was one). Oh, and there is no air conditioning in the unit, so it's either you close the windows and die of heat (to be fair, it was +35 during my visit) or open the windows and have no sleep.
