  Nicely renovated with all the comforts of home
  
  What could be improved: Was given the wrong code and couldn’t gain entry into the building. The door to the terrace and the sauna door (even though we didn’t use the sauna) seem to be damaged and in need of some repair.

  What could be improved: Sometimes it’s noisy. I have a feeling that windows are not muted enough. There are trams running downstairs which are very loud.
  What is more it’s not comfortable that the keys are in landlord office which is located 1km from the apartment.

  Really nice apartment, fairly modern, clean. Air Conditioners were strong and cold enough for summer time even during the day. Kitchen was nice.
  
  What could be improved: The host is a company that is disorganized and unhelpful. The individuals working there seemed nice enough, but their system is bad and it lead to a really annoying experience for me. There was a mixup regarding the number of rooms I supposedly booked, and one bed lacked pillowcases and a duvet cover. According to them I only booked 1 out of the 2 rooms. But the price for 1 or 2 rooms is the same. And why would I book a 2 bedroom apartment if I only needed 1 bedroom? In any case, it shouldn't be a big deal. The price is the same. I just asked for pillowcases, a duvet cover, and a couple extra towels.
  
  They made such a big deal about it and were so resistant to giving these small items to me. They were very slow to respond on whatsapp, and every time they did, it was a different member of the team who was too lazy to scroll up and read the chat, so I had to explain my situation several times to different people. When they finally agreed to give me these items, they wanted me to come pick them up from their office. I was firm with them and they relented, bringing the items several hours later. I was on holiday and having to text them all day, it was just horrible service for a really small issue that should've taken 5 minutes to sort out.
  
  On top of that, when we arrived the front door to the building was open, so I didn't test the electronic key for said front door. Then when I came home from a night out at 3am, the door was closed and the key didn't work. I will take responsibility for this, as I should've tested it, but either way, it's not surprising that this kind of issue would pop up with this host. They have a 24 hour emergency number that they didn't answer when we called, nor did they message to make sure we were fine the next day. Luckily, another tenant came back at the same time and we were able to get in. If not for that stroke of extreme luck, we would've been trapped outside all night.

  Rezervovaný apartmán byl kvůli prudkým dešťům a zatečení nepoužitelný. Ještě před naším příjezdem nám byl problém oznámen a nabídnuto náhradní ubytování v obdobné lokalitě a dokonce větší a lepší kvality – tak si představuji proklientské řešení problému. Díky.

  Appartamento confortevole, perfetto per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone. Arredamento piacevole ed elegante che lo rende meno anonimo. Ottima posizione vicino a Piazza Venceslao, alla stazione centrale dove ferma il pullman da e per l'aeroporto e all'ufficio dove si ritirano le chiavi. Praga è meravigliosa!
