Location was awesome

What could be improved: Bathrooms

Location was perfect, we had 3 spacious rooms plus kitchen, toilet and separate bathroom (different from the ones on photos but we liked it better for our family needs), 10-15min walk from everything we wanted to see, good choice of restaurants (frankly the best one was on the other side of the road), parking for 5 days costed 90 euros total in underground secure parking next to Sparta stadium.

What could be improved: Nothing here

The location is extremely good, probably the best you can get and everything was quite clean and tidy. The host didn't meet with us because he had urgent family issue to attend to, but he sorted everything well to get the keys and enter the property with ease. For all the necessities I recommend going to Lidl which is only a 10 minute walk away.

What could be improved: Host didn’t pay that much attention to the messages, but he picked up the phone right away when called. I called him on the last day as he didn't reply where the keys should be left after the check-out. So, if you have the same question, he told us to leave the keys inside the apartment on the table as the doors lock when you close them from outside. The first message that I didn't get a reply at all was on the first day about the Wi-Fi password, but we had cellular data, so I didn't push it. Therefore, a note with Wi-Fi name and password inside the apartment would have been useful.

The most important thing that we disliked was the overall worn-out condition of the furniture. On top of that the balcony corner sofa set tabletop was missing which would have been nice to have and the TV can be taken out to free up space as you can’t watch anything on it anyway unless you have your own laptop with HDMI cable. (Not that I need or recommend watching TV when traveling).

The last thing is the church bell ringing early in the morning which you obviously can’t control, so make sure you take ear plugs if you want to sleep with the windows open.

Overall - the low price matches the condition, therefore 8/10.

David was a super host, responded quickly to our arrival message. There is a cafe next door so we grabbed a coffee while he arrived which was 5 mins later. He provided a map which we used everyday, he highlighted places to eat, tram numbers, supermarkets and told us best times to go to places. The apartment has a balcony from the bedroom overlooking an inner courtyard, Great to sit and have breakfast. See photo. There were 2 double beds in here, very comfortable too. Wardrobe and drawers too. The kitchen had everything inc cling film, salt, it was like being in someone's home. The down stairs toilet was good, plenty of space in the hall, it is a brght and airy apartment. The living room sofa became our third bed. It's was very clean apartment. And all the bedding and towels were clean. David allowed us a late check out because the apartment was not in use after us. Its normally 11am. There is a lift to all apartments, this was level 5 so needed it after walking 22000 steps every day. The building is very quiet and no nearby clubs to keep us awake at night. David really gave us tons of tips inc to keep us safe from scams.
The apartment is in a great location and about 7 mins from old town square and astronomical clock. There's plenty of restaurants nearby and all the designer shops are on your door step. We didn't use any public transport but the trams are very frequent. I'd recommend staying in this location as its so easy to walk across the bridge to the castle, down to charles bridge, left to new town shopping area, or the palladium shopping centre. Only the dancing house, farmers sat markets, and observatory are a little further a field but still a normal stroll. The apartment is a great find and I'd defo book again.soap, washing up liquid, and toilet roll are all there. d is a great host, we asked for a hairdryer as the one in the room wasn't working, he brought us it in 10 mins.

What could be improved: There wasn't anything I didn't like, but the duvets were only single ones on double beds which might be an issue if 2 of you are the same bed. But there are blankets available too. The rooms have blinds but they don't block out the morning light, so bring an eyemask if you need darkness for sleep.
