Overview

Hotel Duo is a large hotel at Teplická 492 in Střížkov, Prague 9, north-east of the city centre. It now trades as Hotel Duo & Wellness and is built for both leisure stays and conferences.

Location

Střížkov metro station, on line C (red), is about 2 minutes on foot, and the Třebenická stop is about 9 minutes away. By metro, line C runs directly to Hlavní nádraží (Main Railway Station) and Muzeum at the top of Wenceslas Square. By car, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square are about 12 minutes away, the PVA Letňany exhibition centre about 5 minutes and Václav Havel Airport roughly 45 minutes.

The property

The hotel has 649 air-conditioned rooms, a 24-hour front desk and lifts. A buffet breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 10:30 for a fee. Restaurace Formanka serves lunch and dinner, and there is also a lobby bar and a café. The wellness area includes an indoor pool (open 07:00–22:00), a sauna, a steam room and massages, and the gym is open around the clock. For events there are 10 meeting rooms and a conference centre. On-site parking costs CZK 550 per day.

Ww upgraded to a junior suite and it was spacious and peefect for our 2 night stsy

What could be improved: Not the hotels fault but they are building a new hotel next door so was a bit noisy in the mornings

I liked that the rooms were clean and standard and quiet. We had a good view from the room. The lobby had a nice bar and the restaurant was good. The one thing i think that needs to be improved was the variety of breakfast it and quality of some items like the juices . Other than that everything was nice and i did enjoy my time and will be coming back.
