  Location was good, easy access to Central Prague and to public transport. Property size is spacious for a family & well equipped with a kitchenette.
  
  What could be improved: A microwave needs to be provided for ready to heat meals. It gets quite warm and therefore a fan is essential. The mattresses are too soft, possibly softened with use and need to be improved.

  What could be improved: Having the keys availabale when we arrived at the room. If no key can be avaiable at the room when we arrive it should be in the hands of the taxi driver who picks us up.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Уютный номер, чистота и комфорт
  До центра минут 20 на трамвае
  Рядом много заведений с вкусной едой
  Удобно, что ключ можно забрать в сейфе
  Кровать и подушки мягкие и удобные
  В реальности апартаменты лучше чем на фото. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного длительного прибывания

  Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, ruhig gelegen in einem guten und aufstrebenden Stadtteil Prags mit wunderschönen Altbauten weitab vom Touristentrubel. Also definitiv nichts für Partytouristen! Sehr netter Park in nächster Nähe mit Markt mehrmals pro Woche. Bequemes Bett. Bei Fragen stand das Unternehmen immer sofort per Mail zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
  
  What could be improved: Schlüsselübergabe sehr aufwändig, da keine Übergabe vor Ort. Man muss – mit Koffern bepackt – den Schlüssel in der Innenstadt (ca 1/2h von Wohnung entfernt) abholen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Kann für Nicht-Ortskundige jedoch schwierig sein. Badezimmer ist zwar saniert, sollte aber (unsere Empfehlung) mal generalüberholt werden. Sofabezug ebenso, ist nicht mehr sauber. Geschirr war etwas angeschlagen.
