  The apartment was perfect for us ( 2 adults and 2 children ) in a good location for public transport connection. The cleaning exceeded our expectation and all the presents that we found made our stay perfect. Thank you for a perfect home during our stay.

  I was visiting for business and stayed 2 night in this apartment. It was beyond great and the flat is in a new building in Karlin with everything by walking distance – so everything was clean, well equiped and comfy. The host was really Nice and welcomed me by herself in apartment.
  I will definitely recommend and will use in future also.

  This apartment is AMAZING!!!! The best serviced apartment I’ve ever been to.
  The host communicated excellently, she was waiting for us when we arrived and had welcome drinks and water waiting for us on arrival.
  
  It’s sooo clean, everything you needed was there, absolutely everything.
  The location is perfect too!
  Honestly, it was much better than the 5 star hotel we stayed in on our previous visit to Prague.
  
  The host is so lovely too.
  She even very kindly accepted to keep our luggage for us as we travelled over the weekend before returning to Prague.
  
  This apartment is highly recommended.

  The Osko Apartment is perfect for a couple but also for a family with a child, modern, very clean and well-equipped. The host was very nice, professional and communicative. There is a parking across the street, there is also a market and very good restaurants and cafes. The metro and tram are just around the corner and the area is very quiet. We would like to thank the hosts for the welcome treat and hospitality. We definitely recommend this place.

  We were super happy with this accommodation.
  We booked only one day before our arrival, nevertheless, the communication with the Apartment host was amazing, I really appreciated the possibility to talk with the host on the phone directly (which has not been the case at other similar accommodation we visited in the past).
  We were able to agree on the sleeping arrangements (sleeping coach); were given absolute freedom in choosing the time of our arrival; the host really is accommodating to the guests wishes.
  The apartment is newly furnished, clean, there are even several goodies (we received some sparkling wine, beer, sweets, Nespresso and some water), washing machine, which is really silent and easy to use.
  The location is also amazing, if you want to enjoy the vibrant Karlin with endless cafes, restaurants, close proximity to the city centre.
  For parking, we used the website mrparkit.com, where you can book a parking spot for a very reasonable price in nearby public underground garages.
  We would 100% recommend it!

  Úžasná paní majitelka, vstřícná, ochotná. Vše vysvětlila, doporučila místa a restaurace v okolí. Na všem se dá domluvit. Ubytování naprosto luxusní a skvěle čisté. 10 z 10. Naprosto nejlepší a top ubytování v Praze. Moc rádi se opět vrátíme. Zdravíme z Ostravy 😉

  Naprosto vše.
  Skvělá komunikace, paní majitelka vstřícná, energická, pozitivní, plná energie. Laskavá a přivítání milé. Vše nám vysvětlila , ukázala, doporučila kam zajít a co navštívit.
  Apartmán se vším co můžete potřebovat, skvěle vybavená kuchyň.
  Absolutní čistota, vše úplně top.
  
  Prostě naprosto krásné a přívětivé místo.
  
  P.S: čokoládové figurky jsme samozřejmě snědli:)

  Nádherný, luxusně vybavený apartmán v klidném centru Karlína, cca 5 minut chůze od stanice metra Křižíkova.
  Pohodlná postel, plně vybavená kuchyňská linka s kávovarem, všude perfektní čistota.
  Moc příjemná a velmi ochotná majitelka, která mi osobně předala apartmán a vysvětlila vše potřebné. Na základě jejího doporučení jsem využil placené garážové stání, nacházející se 50 metrů od objektu.
  Rád se sem budu při svých dalších cestách do Prahy vracet.
