What could be improved: House keeping!!

Good Wellness, very friendly staff, good meals at the restaurant, excellent breakfast

What could be improved: relaxation room sauna is a bit small,
and air-conditioning could be better, but there is the alternative laying at the pool.

Good location close to metro station, underground and outdoor parking spaces, cosy rooms, however the older age of the furniture and equipment is noticable.

Great location and nice staff at the bar. Comfortable bathroom and rooms with armchairs and a lot of space for the luggage.

What could be improved: My superior room did not have the entrance to the sauna included in the price which was not clear at the time of the booking. Also room was not prepared with an extra bed for my son although I booked it for 3 people via Booking. The staff at the reception was very friendly and gave me a voucher for a welcome drink and another room which was still not the right one again missing the extra bed. Then they called the manager who accused me for not calling them and informing about the extra bed I needed. He eventually offered a bigger room after a short discussion. The room did not have a bottled water and 3 cups for the tea for 3 people... Breakfast area was super crowded and badly organized with no big plates available and forks missing.

Lovely hotel, all the facilities you need - would defiantly recommend and stay again.

What could be improved: Nothing in particular. Good location but it is about a 20 minute metro journey into the centre of town.
