The room was very comfortable, warm, cozy and clean., It was also kept clean everyday which was great.
What could be improved: Everything was great, except for the restaurant downstairs which could not serve meals. Clients want to eat there especially during winter since it is very accessible.
What could be improved: Receptionist is need very well come and say hello to guest, specifically this is hotel service it really need it,But we found it doesn’t seem to be well come to customer.
