  10.02 manager on duty was very rule with friend of mine in reception what not see this in good eyes , for reason like it not recomend the hotel because of staff but yes for lovely comfy bed and pillow , well done for crew cleaning!

  Room size fantastic – we had the the family room 504. Small issue first night with shower sorted the next day. Great Thank you.
  Breakfast very good excellent choice of food.
  Very friendly staff. And great stay.
  Very easy access to Trams and Buses for a 20 minute journey into city centre and all the tourist sites. Beautiful City.
  
  What could be improved: Slight smell of smoke possibly from neighbouring room but unknown. Did not smell in our room just outside in hall.

  This location was absolutely perfect for our family as we have family who live in Prague about 2 blocks away. The breakfast was really well done and as we spent Christmas at the hotel it was nice to be close to our other family in the room next door. Getting into old town was simple on the bus system that was just down the block from the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The water temperature in the shower was unpredictable going from hot to cold unexpectedly. It didn't take away from our great time in the hotel and Prague though-just an observation.

  The hotel is very clean and comfort for a nice accomodation near by the bus station which takes 15 min to reach to the city center. The breakfast is amazing and staff are very welcoming.
