The location is superb: it's exactly as stated, at Naprstkova 5, only a block away from the embankment and two blocks away from Charles Bridge, yet on a very quiet street. The owner met us at the apt, gave us the keys (within 10 min of our arrival). The apartment was exactly as in pics: very clean, bright, newly remodeled. The sofa bed in a living room (for my daughter) was queen size and of a very good quality). The communications with the host were very easy (he left us his phone number) and fast. Internet was fast, shower hot and with great pressure. Shampoo/body gel provided. Kitchen utensils were adequate for cooking breakfast. Kitchen also had many "left overs" from previous guests in terms of sugar, coffee, cereal, salt, oil – so you don't have to buy it. Apt had many portable heater batteries, which was convenient for warming up the bathroom (I prefer to sleep with no heater). Apt has a washing machine. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you very much!!!
What could be improved: It's not a dislike, but rather a suggestion to make this apartment even… more perfect:
The apartment needs:
1) coat rack. You really want to leave your wet jacket/coat by the door and not to drag it into the beautiful room.
2). A smaller pot in the kitchen (there was only a big one) and a better frying pan (there were two, but one of them was unusable, as the Teflon covering was all scratched out).
3) You need to think of some kind of exhaust ventilation system for the bathroom. Otherwise the mold will take place in no time and you will have to repaint the ceilings constantly (which costs more money in a long run. Trust me, I am a homeowner and a landlord myself)
4) Heated towel rack would be grand, but that's kinda a cherry on top. )))
5) Get rid of those thin (and wonderful) wine glasses – get a thicker ones, that don't break so easily. I had to watch those glasses like a hawk with my clumsy daughter. )))Alasdair from Australia – 11 July 2022 (9/10)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Karlsbrücke, gelegen. Die Abholung und Rückgabe der Schlüssel war sehr einfach und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Straßenbahn und U-Bahn) ist perfekt und alle touristischen Ziele sind schnell und komfortabel zu erreichen. Unzählige Gaststätten befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
