So here’s the thing about this place on Hradební – you’re literally sleeping in Prague’s history, and I mean that in the best possible way. The apartment sits on the fourth floor (no elevator, just so you know) of this gorgeous old building that’s got character oozing from every stone. When I first walked up those worn stairs, honestly, I was a bit winded but also kind of charmed by how authentically Old Town this felt. You can hear the city humming below through those thick walls, but it’s more like a gentle soundtrack than actual noise.

The location is what really gets me excited about this spot. You’re a two-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock – and I actually timed it because everyone always exaggerates these things – but more importantly, you’re tucked away enough that you’re not drowning in tour groups the second you step outside. There’s this little café around the corner on Celetná that locals actually go to, which is rare in this part of town, and the tram stop at Náměstí Republiky is close enough that getting around Prague becomes ridiculously easy. I mean, you could walk to Charles Bridge in ten minutes, but honestly, just wandering these cobblestone streets is half the fun.

The apartment itself feels lived-in rather than hotel-sterile, which some people love and others… well, might prefer something more polished. The furnishings are a mix of practical modern stuff and some quirky vintage pieces that somehow work together. The kitchen’s small but functional – I managed to make coffee and heat up some pastries from the bakery downstairs without any drama. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially for being so central. Those thick old walls do their job. The Wi-Fi worked fine for my needs, though if you’re planning to upload tons of photos or work remotely, it might test your patience during peak hours. Check-in was smooth enough – they met me at the building entrance since finding apartment 23 on the fourth floor might’ve been an adventure otherwise. Just remember to pack light or embrace the arm workout those stairs will give you. For the price point and that unbeatable Old Town location, it’s honestly a solid choice if you want to feel like you’re actually living in Prague rather than just visiting it.

  Beautiful room. Very responsive hosts. Issues corrected quickly.
  McDonald’s very close and open at 7am for fresh cheap coffee.

  What could be improved: The bed was very uncomfortable.The mattress was overall bad,same as pillow (only one is provided if you are solo and there is no choice of how soft or hard it is-just one and it is what it is).Also there is too much light that wake you up when the sun rises.It needs serious dark curtains that can cover the sun.If you have sleep issues,it is not the ideal room for that.

  The appartment in the center of Prague was absolutely fantastic.It is a very new and modern appartment and has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay in this beautiful city.The large bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well organized.I would highly recommend a stay here and the next time I come back to Prague I will stay here.The host was super informative.

  O apartamento é amplo, se encontra muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico, com múltplas opções de linhas de ônibus, bonde e de metrô, também cercado por uma grande variedade de restaurantes, mercados e de um amplo shopping (Palladium). Vincent foi muito atencioso no check-in, dando tudo certo.
  
  Apesar desses aspectos positivos, o apartamento possui os seguintes problemas: i) o apartamento fica no quarto andar, mas o elevador só vai até o terceiro andar, o que significa que tem-se que subir um escada e, ainda, passar por um corredor externo que liga os dois blocos do mesmo prédio (em péssimas condições de conservação); ii) o vazo sanitario é de uso privativo, mas NÃO fica no banheiro dentro do apartamento, e sim em um pequeno corredor comum a um segundo apartamento (situação muito incômoda e constrangedora); iii) a porta do apartamento possui um grande vidro e, com isto, toda vez que o morador do outro apartamento chega ou sai, e liga a luz do corredor comum aos dois apartamentos, o quarto é invadido por uma claridade incômoda e indesejável,, iv) o "bad frame" é de péssima qualidade, o que faz o colchão deformar quando se senta ou se deita, fazendo com que a cama faça ruídos que prejudicam o bom sono. Há alguns outros problemas, mas estes são os mais graves..

  What could be improved: Tuvalet oda dışında. Sadece bizim kullanımımıza ait olsa da özellikle gece vakti temel ihtiyacımızı karşılamak için odanın dışına çıkmak konforsuzdu. Odada şampuan, duş jeli ve saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Biz söyleyince temin edildi. Yatakta bir sorun vardı, bizim söylememizle düzeltildi. Daire giriş kapısını açıp kapatmak zordu. Çalışanlardan biri çok kabaydı. Sıcak su akmadığında kombi tamiri için yardım istediğimizde sanki bizim suçumuzmuş gibi kaba davrandı. Bu havada kalorifer mi yakacaksınız dedi. Üzgünüm memnun kalmadık. Fiyat performans dengesi olarak kötü bir deneyimdi.
