The cleaness

What could be improved: The check in time, we traveled 15 hours and we arrived at 12:00 Pm but we waited 3 hours more. And with the parking the staff wasn’t helpful

Fantastic location, 5 walking minutes away from Prag Florenc. The quality of the room was excellent. The host was very nice and gave us some tips of places to visit around the area of the apartment as it was not our first time in Prague. Can 100% recommend!

Totally worth the money!
The accommodation was a walking distance to the city centre. It was well equipped, had everything we needed.
We haven't used public transport at all, so I can't say anything regarding to that topic.
The best way to come to accommodation is via Uber. It costs 577czk whic is cca 26€, and it drives you to the front door of the building, which is helpful during winter.
Comunicacion with host was perfect. Anastasia arrived to let us in the apartment and to explain everything, so the check in went well.
Huge plus is check out procedure. You just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door of the apartment. This was really helpful for us, besause we had early flight.

What could be improved: Everything was perfect. From the start to the end, there was not anything that was an issue.

*fantastic sized apartment--plenty of space for our family of 6, lots of natural light from the windows, tons of storage
*big bathroom & shower--great water pressure
*very comfortable beds, including the pull-out couches, & also had dark curtains, which made sleeping in the morning wonderful
*super location in Karlin--only a few steps to the 135 bus, a short walk to Florenc/Krizikova, tons of places to eat/explore in the neighborhood; quiet, dead-end street
*really kind hosts--helped us out and let us stay a few hours past check-out so we didn't have to wander around with our bags
*excellent value overall--big apartment, great location, great price! would definitely stay here again

What could be improved: *kitchen could have had a few more essentials--we like to cook when we travel, so a few more everyday items in the kitchen would have been helpful
*while the apartment was certainly clean as far as linens, floors, dishes, etc., it could use a deep clean--there was a fair amount of dust in nooks & crannies, plus mold build-up on the rubber gasket in the washing machine and on the bathroom tiles along the floorboard (I suspect though that this is not the fault of the owners, but because many guests don't properly ventilate the bathroom when they shower and, since there's no window in there, of course it leads to mold... maybe just more regular maintenance would help)

Flat is situated not far from the center on walking distance from the bus station. Everything in the flat was new and it is well equiped place. I felt comfortable in the place and would visit it again.

What could be improved: I have informed the flat when I am going to arrive in advance and also once more 30min before I arrived, but altho that I ended up waiting (30-40min) on the rain for the lady to come and give me the key and checkin. Othrwise all was fine.

Cleanliness, security, spaciousness and plenty of storage, washing machine, good facilities and very comfortable.

What could be improved: Include a toaster.

I was almost 3 times here and everything was good. apartment is cozy and nice. you just have to take into consideration that apartment is on the street level. the host is extremely Nice and helpfull.

What could be improved: apartment is on the street level and I would appreciate some Basic shower gel etc in the bathroom or instant coffe or Tea in the kitchen.
