Apartment Dusni Superior

Capital City of Prague, Czechia
Dušní 8/11, Prague, 110 00, Czech Republic

Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Apartment Dusni Superior on a quiet cobblestone street in Prague, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. This four-star property sits right in the heart of the Old Town — and I mean literally in the heart of it. The building itself has that classic Prague charm with its historic facade, but what really struck me was how peaceful Dušní street feels despite being steps away from all the major attractions.

The Location Magic

Honestly, the location here is almost unfair to other hotels. You’re a three-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock, maybe five minutes to the Jewish Quarter, and the Charles Bridge is so close you can practically roll out of bed and be there. But here’s what I loved most — you can actually escape the tourist crowds by just stepping back to your street. The couples who stay here clearly get it, rating the location 9.5 out of 10, and after spending time in the area, I totally understand why.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment setup is what sets this place apart from typical hotel rooms. You get proper living space with a full kitchen, which honestly saved me a fortune on meals — Prague’s restaurant scene is amazing, but sometimes you just want coffee and pastries from the local bakery in your pajamas. The space feels genuinely homey, not like some sterile corporate housing. Everything’s been thoughtfully designed with modern touches that somehow don’t clash with the building’s historic character.

Breakfast Worth Talking About

I’ve got to mention the breakfast situation because it’s actually impressive. They cover pretty much every dietary preference you can think of — continental, full English, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, American style, even grab-and-go options. What surprised me was the quality; this isn’t your typical hotel buffet situation. The vegan options were particularly good, which isn’t something I expected to find in a Prague apartment hotel. You know what’s clever? They also do breakfast to go, perfect for those early morning castle visits.

Why Guests Love It

The 9.3 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s that rare combination of prime location, actual living space, and thoughtful details that make you feel like you’re living in Prague rather than just visiting. The parking situation is handled well too — not always a given in Old Town Prague. I mean, you’re getting the full Prague experience without the usual compromises of either being stuck in a tiny hotel room or staying somewhere far from the action. The property genuinely earns that 9.8 location score, and after walking everywhere from here, I’d probably rate it even higher. This four-star destination truly delivers on all fronts.

Visitors often choose Prague apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent Bohemian capital.

Excellent apartment!

The staff is very helpful and chilled. You can leave your baggage after the check-out and come back later to pick it up, at no cost. The breakfast is simply wonderful and very generous. In the apartment you can find anything you need. The check in and out are in the Aloha bar downstairs, which has very long opening hours, so its very convenient. The location is excellent, just in the center. Highly recommended!

What could be improved: The WiFi was very slow, I ended up using my mobile data instead, as it was too poor and kept disappearing. It's very loud from the street, sleeping was only possible with earplugs. We missed some hooks in the bathroom to hang up our towels.

Great place, great location. Lovely staff

Lovely place. Will stay again whenever I visit Prague again
The staff were so nice and we're the perfect gracious hosts. The breakfast at Aloha bar ( ground floor of the apartment and included in the booking) was just awesome.
A special thanks and shout out to Dusni staff Stephen, Simone and Philip for making our stay wonderful and so memorable.
