Apartment Dusni Superior Overview

Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Prague, and Apartment Dusni Superior honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know that feeling when you’re wandering around Old Town, getting a bit overwhelmed by all the tourist crowds around the Astronomical Clock, and then you duck down this quieter cobblestone street and suddenly everything feels more… authentic? That’s Dušní street for you. The apartment sits right in this sweet spot where you’re still technically in the heart of everything, but the morning sounds are more like local residents heading to work rather than tour groups shuffling past your window at 7 AM.

The thing about this place – and I mean this – is that it actually feels like staying in someone’s really well-appointed Prague apartment, not some sterile hotel room. The “Superior” in the name isn’t just marketing fluff either. We’re talking proper kitchen setup (I actually cooked dinner one night because there’s this fantastic little market on Pařížská street, maybe a three-minute walk), decent counter space, and appliances that work without you having to call the front desk. The bathroom’s got this rainfall shower head that I honestly didn’t expect, and the water pressure is solid – which, if you’ve stayed in some of Prague’s older buildings, you know isn’t always a given. What really got me though was the attention to small stuff: there’s actually good lighting for reading (so many places get this wrong), the Wi-Fi reaches every corner without cutting out, and the beds are firm but not rock-hard. You can hear the trams occasionally, but it’s more of a gentle city lullaby than actual noise.

Here’s what makes the location work so well – you’re literally a two-minute walk from the Spanish Synagogue, which most people rush past on their way to the more famous spots, but it’s actually gorgeous inside and rarely crowded. Plus, you’re close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square or cross the river to Lesser Town, but far enough from the main tourist drags that you can grab coffee in the morning without fighting through crowds. The little café around the corner (I think it’s called Míru Café?) serves proper Czech pastries and the staff actually remembers your order after a couple days. Parking’s tricky, sure – this is central Prague, what do you expect? – but there’s a garage about five minutes away if you’re driving. Honestly though, once you’re here, you won’t need a car. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you add it all up: it’s the kind of place where everything just works, the neighborhood feels real, and you end up staying an extra night because checking out feels like leaving a friend’s place.

Visitors often choose Prague apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent Bohemian capital.

Reviews of Apartment Dusni Superior

  • Exceptional – Cyskka from Poland – 29 June 2025 (10/10)

This's a great place with delicious breakfasts, I recommend it. Everything in one place – hotel, restaurant, bar.

  • Excellent apartment! – Wienerin1220 from Poland – 22 June 2025 (9/10)

The staff is very helpful and chilled. You can leave your baggage after the check-out and come back later to pick it up, at no cost. The breakfast is simply wonderful and very generous. In the apartment you can find anything you need. The check in and out are in the Aloha bar downstairs, which has very long opening hours, so its very convenient. The location is excellent, just in the center. Highly recommended!

What could be improved: The WiFi was very slow, I ended up using my mobile data instead, as it was too poor and kept disappearing. It's very loud from the street, sleeping was only possible with earplugs. We missed some hooks in the bathroom to hang up our towels.

  • Great place, great location. Lovely staff – Kaushal from India – 14 June 2025 (9/10)

Lovely place. Will stay again whenever I visit Prague again
The staff were so nice and we're the perfect gracious hosts. The breakfast at Aloha bar ( ground floor of the apartment and included in the booking) was just awesome.
A special thanks and shout out to Dusni staff Stephen, Simone and Philip for making our stay wonderful and so memorable.

What could be improved: Almost nothing

  • Exceptional – Justine from United Kingdom – 20 May 2025 (10/10)

Great size apartment, comfy bed. Really good selection of dish/glassware. Fantastic location. Breakfast in Aloha downstairs was incredible. The staff in Aloha were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

  • Exceptional – Yury from Israel – 3 May 2025 (10/10)

Perfectt location, very helpful and pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast

  • Great location, a gem to be sure. – Kuldeep from United Kingdom – 28 April 2025 (10/10)

The location is everything, and this apartment doesn't disappoint. The staff at the Aloha are extremely helpful. The breakfast option is flexible, have it whenever. Upon checking out, you can leave your luggage with the staff at Aloha, it'll be looked after.

What could be improved: If you're a light sleeper who brings earplugs, definitely put them to use. You may be disturbed by loud music and noisy drunks. There's a club nearby and lots of late night revellers passing by. Overall, it didn't spoil anything.

  • Lovely place, nicely located. Bright and spacious with all ammenities that you need. Breakfast was divine, even our youn – Anna from Poland – 21 April 2025 (10/10)

    Clean and spacious

What could be improved: Hard matress
    Bad view

  • Exceptional – Ilir from Albania – 8 March 2025 (10/10)

I like everything, the location is amazing everything was so close by walking. The room was clean and conformable.

But the best in my opinion was the breakfast… you could order anything from the restaurant menu without restrictions without limitations … and the service was very good as well..

  • Very nice stay with tasty breakfast and bar nearby – Andriana from Germany – 6 March 2025 (9/10)

The apartment is modern and clean, nice design and convenient location (around 10 minutes to get to main attractions and 5 min taxi drive to the train station).
Also breakfasts are amazing, very tasty and we could choose whatever we like to order from the menu. Also we received a 20% discount for drinks in the bar/club. It was directly next door. I really liked cocktails there, unfortunately we couldn’t order anything apart from drinks in the evening, no snacks or finger food. The personnel was very friendly too.

What could be improved: The bed in the main bedroom has extremely hard mattress, so my partner and I had back pain on the next day. Also in the kitchen studio, where is located a second bed, it was very loud at night, probably because of club.

  • Best place to stay in Prague – Kateryna from Ukraine – 29 January 2025 (10/10)

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Booking! Initially, I was hesitant to choose an apartment over a hotel, but it far exceeded my expectations. The location was easy to find, and despite our late flight, we checked in without any issues—thanks to the amazing staff who welcomed us and assisted with everything. The apartment, location, and service were all exceptional.

A special shoutout to the team at the café downstairs, where we had breakfast included in our stay. The selection of meals was impressive, and we were offered to choose from big menu and two drinks, which is quite rare. The food was absolutely delicious! We also received a discount at the bar downstairs, making our experience even more enjoyable.

From now on, this will be my go-to place to stay in Prague. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding stay!

What could be improved: Everything was perfect
