And honestly, having a proper kitchen saves you a fortune in Prague because you can grab stuff from the local markets (there’s a great one just down on Národní) instead of eating out for every meal. The 9.3 rating isn’t surprising once you’re there – everything just works the way it should, from the WiFi to the water pressure, which sounds boring but you’ll appreciate it after a long day walking on cobblestones.

Here’s the thing about the location that guidebooks don’t really capture – you’re close enough to walk to Old Town Square (maybe 15 minutes if you’re not dawdling), but you’re on the quiet side of the river where locals actually live. Újezd street has this mix of cafes and shops that feel authentic rather than touristy, and when you want to escape the crowds entirely, Petřín Park is literally across the street. I’d walk up there in the early mornings before the city woke up – there’s something magical about having those paths to yourself. The funicular railway is right there too if you’re feeling lazy or your feet are protesting. Parking can be tricky in this area (like most of central Prague), but they’ve sorted that out better than most places. The staff actually knows the neighborhood and will give you real recommendations, not just the obvious tourist spots. Sure, it’s not the cheapest option in Prague, but when you factor in the space, the location, and not having to figure out public transport every time you want to see something interesting, it’s actually pretty solid value.

  The host is very responsive. Check in is easy and efficient. Very spacious apartment. The park and the bakery add bonus to its location. Adequate supplies.

  Great location, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Lovely light and very spacious apartment in a beautiful traditional building.

  An amazing, beautiful, huge and comfy apartment in one of the most quiet and beautiful neighbourhoods of Mala Strana. Excellent space with huge bedrooms, modern equipment and beautiful views of Petrin park and yes the Prague Castle from our balcony!!!! Amazing host and excellent communication. Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back and refer it to everyone i know that will visit Prague!
