I mean, trying to park in this city can be a nightmare, especially anywhere near the center, so having a guaranteed spot takes away that whole stress of circling blocks looking for somewhere to leave your car.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re in Smíchov, which locals know is where real Prague life happens – it’s got this great mix of residential streets, local pubs, and you’re still just a quick tram ride to all the tourist spots. Actually, the tram stop is practically outside your door, and those red and white Prague trams will carry you straight into Wenceslas Square or over to the castle without any fuss. But honestly? Some evenings I found myself just wandering the local streets instead. There’s something about this part of town that feels more genuine – you’ll see families walking to dinner, people chatting outside corner shops, kids playing in small parks. It’s Prague without the performance, if that makes sense. The hotel staff seemed to get this too – they weren’t trying to sell you on tourist traps, but they’d give you actual recommendations for where to grab coffee or which pub has the best goulash nearby. That 9.4 rating makes sense when you experience how they handle the little things – check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked everywhere, and the beds were the kind where you wake up wondering why you sleep so much worse at home.

  We were incredibly happy with our stay here. George was a great polite and helpful host, he made wonderful recommendations for our trip which we found really helpful.
  
  The apartment was really clean, spacious. Even though our stay was for 4 days, the room honestly had everything that you might need even for a longer stay, it has an oven, kettle, coffee machine and utensils(also bidet was a wonderful touch on the bathroom!).
  
  There is free street parking, where it came in really handy, and the tram station was 100m away, where we mostly used it instead during our stay, it was way easier.

  I stayed in this apartment with my family and it was exactly as described—if not better!
  
  First of all, the host was amazing. He coordinated everything smoothly while respecting our privacy, and he was always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had.
  
  The apartment was very comfortable for my family, including my 3-year-old daughter who loved the private garden—we spent some lovely time there together.
  
  There was also a large screen where we enjoyed some great PlayStation family time, and a nice collection of books that made for relaxing moments with a cup of coffee.
  
  The location is excellent—close to everything a family might need—and there’s convenient parking available for your car.
  
  The apartment is spacious and perfect for a family of up to seven people. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

  The location was really convenient: an easy tram ride into all the attractions. And George was great!! He sent advice about getting to the place, a bunch of recommended restaurants, and how to get around. And when I needed train tickets printed out, he printed them for me right away!

  Everything! The house was very clean and fits all of our requirements for a family of 5 (2A 3K). And coming from Malaysia, having a bidet in the bathroom is truly appreciated. House was fully equipped for us to cook, the PS console keeps the kids occupied, parking was readily available for our rented car and the rooms were very comfortable for us to sleep at night. The owner was there to greet us and helped us navigated our ways to the town by the train. Had he not, we would have driven our car and may have problem finding parking. And the fact that the train stop was only a few mins walking was a plus point too. Overall, this apartment was everything for us and more ans we loved it very much.
