  Die Unterkunft hatte eine super gute Lage und war

  What could be improved: Leider waren die Betten bereits so weit abgenutzt, dass das Bett bei jeder minimalen Bewegung sehr laut geknarrt hat.

  La ubicación es perfecta, a 2 minutos de la Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, de la Sinagoga Española…no es necesario transporte público. En la misma manzana hay cafeterías para desayunar o tomar un café, enfrente un supermercado. También hay varios pubs y bares justo al lado
  En el apartamento hay menaje para poder preparar comidas, además de encontrar productos básicos, como sal, azúcar, especias, café, infusiones
  En el baño también teníamos gel de baño, papel higiénico, secador, toallas y todo lo necesario para los días que pasamos alli
  Es un apartamento muy amplio y ya que fuimos en Navidad, nos lo encontramos decorado para la ocasión, lo que lo hizo más acogedor
  Las camas de matrimonio muy amplias y cómodas
  Edificio muy tranquilo
  Anfitriona muy atenta y amable, nos ofreció encargarse de reservar transfer de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, fue muy cómodo y sin problema.
  
  What could be improved: Es un edificio antiguo y los baños no están actualizados; el baño en suite tiene bañera, que resulta un poco incómoda para entrar por la altura. Y la falta de cortina o mampara hace que el agua salga por todo el baño
  Los sofas- cama están bien para un par de días o para jóvenes, pero un poco duros para adultos durante muchos días
  Al ser 8 personas, y tener sólo 2 habitaciones, 2 dormían en el salón y 4 compartían una de las habitaciones, lo que para una familia no tiene por qué ser un problema

  Просторная, чистая квартира с хорошим видом из окон и отличным расположением.
  Хозяйка приветливая, на связи на телефоне и на ватсапе (на английском языке).
  Внутри есть необходимые предметы быта и краткий гид как пользоваться квартирой (на английском языке) .
  Так же, нам пошли навстречу и дали возможность оставить в квартире багаж за несколько часов до времени заезда.
  
  What could be improved: • Двери туалетов не запираются.
  
  • В квартире и во всем доме стоит старый застоявшийся запах, как в погребе.
  Запах не очень сильный, жить можно, но тем не менее. Видимо здание старое и с этим нечего особо поделать.
  
  • В описании квартиры указан лифт. На деле, лифт останавливается между этажами и до квартиры есть еще целый лестничный пролет.
  То есть по лестнице нужно самим тащить тяжелые чемоданы, а у людей с ограниченным движением будет проблема попасть в квартиру. С нами была немолодая дама которой это давалось с большим трудом. Необходимо указать в описании что лифт не доходит полностью до этажа, такие вещи не должны быть сюрпризом! Мы сказали об этом хозяйке.
  
  • Замок на входной двери не исправен – если закрывать его на ключ то потом очень сложно открыть обратно.
  Если дверь просто захлопнуть то замок работает нормально, но пока мы это поняли то несколько раз застревали перед закрытой дверью, не зная как ее открыть.
  
  В целом это неплохая квартира с некоторыми недостатками, многие из которых при желании можно исправить или хотя бы предупредить о них будущих постояльцев (чтобы они сами решали, подходит им это или нет).
