Vila Berlin

Отдыхали семьёй в октябре 2023 года на вилле Берлин. Остались всем довольны: хороший уютный дом, тихий переулок, есть возможность поставить машину во дворе или в гараже, шикарный двор, барбекю. Дом располагает к отдыху с семьёй или компанией друзей. За небольшую оплату можно доехать до центра города на такси, что очень удобно и не надо искать парковку в центре города. 10 минут езды на машине есть большой торговый центр со всей инфраструктурой, с большим продуктовым супермаркетом. Будем рады ещё погостить на этой вилле

You cannot even imagine how good and what quality of accommodation this villa offers. Such comfort and private life is hard to found on booking,com. This is something extraordinary.

What could be improved: It would be helpful if the washing machine was connected to the water line and drain

A szállás csendes, nyugodt környezete magával ragadó, alkalmas nagy családnak és baráti társaságoknak pihenésre. Amihez sokkal hozzátesz a kellemes, szépen karbantartott nagy belső udvar is.
Nagyon jól felszerelt a lakás, mindent volt benne, ami szükséges volt.

What could be improved: Több szobában az ágy zavaróan nyikorgott.

Lage war sehr gut, auch die Größe des Objekts. War auch mit allem gut ausgestattet. Grill war vor Ort, durften auch die vorhandene Holzkohle verwenden. War größtenteils sehr sauber.

What could be improved: Vermieterin vor Ort spricht weder deutsch noch englisch. Haus hatte ein paar defekte und marode stellen. Von allen wurden die Personalausweise samt Ausweisnummer abgeschrieben (kannte ich so noch nicht).

Beautiful house with lots of space and a BBQ in the garden. I really liked the amenities we had everything we needed and the host was always available to answer any questions we had.

What could be improved: There is a lovely jacuzzi in the shared bathroom, however it can't be filled to the top and meant that it was impractical

What could be improved: Contrary to what is portrayed in the ad, the landlady speaks zero English whatsoever. This made check in and check out very tense and frustrating and many of the features of the house were missed, such as the rolling exterior shutters to keep light out.

Many of the fixtures in the house were broken or badly worn. Eg shower mixer, door handles.

The washing machine is very small and impractical for anything more than socks and undies. As a result we needed to go to a nearby laundrette to get our washing done.

There were cats on the property that were not mentioned. Sadly I am allergic to cats. the cats are kept outside so this was not such an issue. We were asked to feed them however.

We needed to pay for both the accommodation and the security deposit in cash, which was the first time we needed to do anything like this using booking.com

This led to a problem on checkout where the landlady said that we had damaged the vegetable crisper drawer in the bottom of the fridge. We didn’t even use that particular drawer and some of our money was withheld as a result. With no way to communicate we had little recourse.

Lastly, it’s a mission to get into central Prague from here. it involves bus train combo or bus change bus.

Not quiet the chilled out time we were hoping for.

Locatie was goed iets verder van het centrum dus iets rustiger om te slapen

What could be improved: Het bed dat in de living stond is niks van te zien in de omschrijving en de foto’s daar lijkt het een aparte slaapkamer en een kamer heeft kinder bedden niet handig als je met volwassenen bent
