  Great location, clean apartment, plenty of room. The sheets were clean, and so were the towels. The kitchen had few utensils, but all the absolute necessities were there.
  
  What could be improved: The toilet didn't work properly, it kept flushing unless the valve was turned off. Plus, we had to ask for the actual address of the apartment as it is different from the one in the offer. Also, we had to wait before someone came with the keys even though we wrote in advance when we will be arriving.

  Die Wohnung war groß und gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation war auch gut und schnell.
  
  What could be improved: Es war zwar schön groß aber man merkt dass die Wohnung alt ist, unter luxuriös versteht man was anderes. Aber trotzdem Preis Leistung und für 2 Tage war es schon ok.

  In our case it was fair deal.
  We looked for a large apartment close to a city center for 7 people. And we got it.
  The apartment isn't ideal but considering the advantages (mainly enough space for a big family), this is a fair choice that deserves 10.
  
  However, there is room for improvement such as the host should consider replacing the door with transparent glass with a normal one to ensure privacy and the room is isolated.
  Overall, everything was okay. They even left fruits, sweets, and a bottle of wine for us.
  
  Pay attention, that the apartment is situated in a different place to that difined on Google map. Just dirrectly on the opposite bank of the river.

  What could be improved: – Location of apartment was in different location than on Booking.
  – Poor contact with staff on check in: I have address of new location without apartment number, I have 3 numbers of staff but only one person wait for me in new location which doesn’t speak English. It took me around 2 hours to find the new location. During that time 12 of my friend wait in original location with young child (7 years)
  – We had one toilet and one bathroom instead of 2 bathrooms which was in Booking description.
