  The location was great – walking distance (10-15min) to main attractions. Bus stop is a really nearby walk too – we travelled with backpacks so this was important to us! We recommend the restaurant nearby called "Kavárna Velryba".
  
  What could be improved: When we arrived the keys were not in the key box due to another guest posting them in a postbox instead. We contacted the owner who tried to sort it out – this took a while but we were patient as it was out of her control. She very kindly offered to refund us for our first night's stay but we never received the refund. Seeing that we effectively missed a day of sightseeing waiting around for a locksmith in the heat of the day with heavy backacks on was disappointing, so a refund would have softened the blow.

  El apartamento es estupendo. La cama, el sofá, la bañera, la cocina súper completa. Todo muy cómodo y nuevo. La recogida de las llaves fue fácil y rápida.

  Heerlijk appartement waar we verbleven met 1 kind. Alles keurig netjes bij aankomst en contact met verhuurder verliep erg soepel. Ligging erg fijn ten opzichte van metro en tram ook. Supermarkt, bakker en koffiebar op loopafstand en appartement relatief rustig gelegen, toch midden in de stad.
  
  What could be improved: De douche zit in bad; onze voorkeur was wellicht toch staand douchen geweest.

  The apartment is very well equipped. Extremely safe. And perfectly positioned. We could walk everywhere without feeling unsafe.

  It was very clean, super cosy and is very well centered. We never needed to take the bus, tram or taxi because we were able to walk everywhere in 10-20mins from the apartment. Bonus: The restaurant called „U Mateje“ and the Coffee Shop „Alma“ right around the corner. Great traditional czech cuisine with friendly staff and bohemian touch, such as breakfast with great coffee at Alma.
