    What could be improved: It was not air conditioning in the apartment 🙁

    Very clean, spacious, comfortable, warm and quiet apartment.
    Great location very near Charles Bridge.

    What could be improved: Extra journey from airport to collect key from train station office.
    Single sized bed duvet on queen sized beds.
    Kitchen sink had no plug for washing dishes.
    No blackout blinds on internal glazed doors to keep bedrooms dark.

    Excellent location, clean, spacious, great hosts. If book the cab with them, vet convenient, someone picks you up at the airport and hands you the keys.

    What could be improved: Needed to book a cab with them in order not to have to go to the office for the keys.

    A lovely apartment in a lovely location. Top location indeed.
    Very close to Karlov's Bridge and Prague Castle, to many cafes and wonderful restaurants.
    Near the tram. Although in the center in a noise-free zone.

    What could be improved: What I found strange was that the key to the apartment was in a completely different place. It is not convenient at all for guests to first go to some office in order to get a key to an apartment that is more than half an hour walk from that particular office. It is almost impossible to get in touch with the agency that gives the key by phone, which to me is even a little illogical. There is no elevator in the building with the apartment and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in the ad… Personal contact with the owner (probably due to the covid pandemic) is not possible. Because of this, not everything was on the level we expected by the price we were paying. The shower regulator in the bathroom didn't work (the shower mechanism was missing) and the rollaway shower had a broken grip. The toilet seat also needs replacing. It was too hot in the apartment. Even with the radiators turned off we had to open the windows at night due to the heat. There was also a baby crib which we did not order. The internet in the apartment was awful and we had to use our own. The remarks are small, but they do not give the possibility of the full comfort that this wonderful apartment in this wonderful location can offer. Somehow I didn't get the hospitality I found in the people, the restaurants and the celebration around Prague.

    Location was excellent, so so close to Charles Bridge. Was also lovely and spacious.

    What could be improved: The apartment was extremely warm even though it was May. There could be a few more towels and there is no lift.

    What could be improved: Key's pickup point distance from the apartment. We had 4 towels for the three of us – 3 small ones and only one suitable for a shower.

    It is great location, and nice room. It is great city to visit again.

    What could be improved: Maybe u can upgrade to smart keyless entry. So we do not need to go to office to pickup the key. It will save both sometime.

    Excellent. True to the pictures. Location very central but the apartment is very quiet.

    What could be improved: Maybe consider putting a little sidetable/nightstand to the other side of the living room bed too. I had to put my phone & stuff to the floor next to the bed (to be honest which was very clean). Regardless I gave 10/10 to the apartment, it was way above expectation and and it is incredibly good value to it's price.
