The best location, super friendly staff always greeting, beautiful restaurant for the breakfast. The rooms was big, facing a charm inner courtyard, sunkissed all day long. No polished walls as a modern hotel but you could see yourself writing a book there and be the next Kafka.
What could be improved: Disposable slippers can help a lot and wouldnt harm the envirnoment. Breakfast was okay, can be better on options. Softer beds.
Best location, walking distance from lots of places
Check in was excellent. We arrived a couple hours early and was allowed to check in at no extra cost. Reception staff very friendly and on our way back out gave us a map and explained were was best to go. She was really lovely and friendly. Excellent location. We went for Christmas markets. First markets we found were right around the corner near the Astronomical Clock. Just by walking around we stumbled upon 4 different clocks. Room was very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good as we were not expecting much from the pictures but it was fresh and really nice. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family as very central. There was also double doors with juliet balcony were you could people watch whilst having a little rest. Thank you
What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike. The price was very reasonable for the location and cleanliness of hotel. Staff were friendly and informative.
