Tvá oáza v srdci Vinohrad

Perfect place for staying in Prague. Walk distance to everything needed: a shop, tram, metro, parks, bars and restaurants, few attractions if anyone is a fan of XIX c. city. Inside - absolutely all needed for living.

What could be improved: Light in the apartement was not sufficient to brighten whole space. A standing lamp for reading in the living room would be useful.

Appartement ultra bien situé, dans un quartier vivant fourni en commerces et brasseries. En outre, le parking est vraiment un plus, facile d'accès avec un badge fourni par le propriétaire. Le tramway est devant la porte et le métro à 5 minutes. Nous avons aussi régulièrement fait le trajet à pied jusqu'à la place Wenceslaz pour profiter de l'ambiance de la ville.
Très calme, avec une literie confortable, bien chauffé et bien équipé, le logement permet de se reposer le soir après des journées à arpenter la magnifique Prague.

What could be improved: Tout à fait personnel: quelques lumières chaleureuses au niveau du coin salon seraient un plus, pour pouvoir bouquiner plus facilement par exemple.

The location, the facilities and the ambience are perfect. Everything you need for life can be found in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed the stay very much.

What could be improved: Szybko ciemno

Communication with owner / contact point was good, apartment was clean, had all needed facilities, you can easily cook there, I liked the interior and decor, also the balcony is cozy and internal yard and it's nice to sit there with a glass of vine. The location is convenient, not too close to center, but walkable and transportation options are available. Bed was comfortable. Also, the advantage is underground parking, and local brewery in the same quarter. Generally, everything was great!

We really liked the apartment. For two to three people, it was perfect.
The location of the apartment in a quiet area, not far from the center. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Internet is also good.
For us it was important that there is a garage and the cost was included in the price.
The main advantage of the location is the brewery😉"Vinohradsky pivovar". There are very tasty national dishes and freshly brewed beer. Two minutes away is a supermarket Billa. Good transport interchange.
Separately I want to say about the owner of the apartments. David is very polite open and ready to help.👍

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We asked for a baby cot and it was very comfy, together with linen and comforter.
Check-in / check out process is smooth and efficient. The building is modern so adjusted to baby strolleys and disabled. Public transport nearby.
Very nice neighbourhood with bars, shops and restautant but the apartment is cosy and quiet.
Highly recommed for friendes, couples and families.
