You know what caught me off guard about TurnKey I Letná Park Apartments? It’s actually tucked away on this quiet stretch of Ovenecká street that feels completely removed from Prague’s tourist chaos, but you’re literally a ten-minute tram ride from Old Town. I mean, when I first walked up to the building, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the entrance is understated in that distinctly Czech way, no flashy signs or doormen, just solid architecture that’s been there forever.

The apartments themselves are honestly impressive – and I say this as someone who’s stayed in way too many “apartment hotels” that feel like glorified dorm rooms. These actually feel like someone’s well-designed home that they happen to rent out. The kitchens are properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), and the windows are these massive things that let in incredible light. What really sold me though was stepping out onto some of the balconies – you get these glimpses of Letná Park through the trees, and in the mornings you can hear joggers and dog walkers heading up to the park before the city fully wakes up. It’s surprisingly peaceful for being so central.

Here’s the thing about the location that the booking sites don’t really capture – yes, you’re near Letná Park, which is fantastic for evening walks and has those killer views over the Vltava. But you’re also in this residential pocket of Holešovice that most tourists never see. There’s this little corner bakery about three blocks down that does proper Czech pastries (not the touristy versions), and the tram stop connects you to basically everywhere without having to navigate the metro transfers. Parking was actually manageable too, which – if you’ve driven in Prague – you know is basically a miracle. The staff runs things remotely mostly, but check-in was smooth and they’re genuinely helpful over WhatsApp when you need restaurant recommendations or can’t figure out the washing machine (speaking from experience here). The building itself is quiet – thick walls, good windows – so you’re not dealing with street noise or hearing your neighbors’ entire conversations. Honestly, after a few days here, I started understanding why some people extend their stays. It hits that sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in Prague rather than just visiting it.

  The location is fantastic, about 20 minutes from the center. The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The host responds to messages in the shortest possible time. I plan to visit this beautiful city again, and I will definitely return to this apartment.

  I had a fantastic stay at the Letná Park Apartments! The support team was incredibly responsive—allowing an early check-in and providing clear instructions that made the process seamless. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and just like the photos on Booking.
  
  What impressed me most was the exceptional service. When our door lock malfunctioned late at night (around 11 PM), support responded quickly. Within 20–30 minutes, a team member arrived, gave us another room, and ensured we had everything we needed. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service!

  Very nice design of the apartment, kitchen with everything you need, good coffee machine. It was nice to find body lotion in the bathroom along with shampoo and conditioner. Very convenient location, nearby there is a tram stop, grocery store and many cafes and restaurants
  
  What could be improved: Great instruction about how to find the apartment, but one step about the front door wasn't clear, I needed to call the hotline for help. Also there is no active ventilation in the bathroom (or there's no instruction how to turn it on), so we decided to buy an air freshener ourselves.

  Excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. Everything was impeccably clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the hosts maintained excellent communication throughout my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met.

  Nice touch was the coffee machine and selection of teas. Shame was there were no instructions on coffee machine. Local amenities were brilliant ie pub, supermarket, resturaunts (many) and tram stop (with ticket machine) all on doostep.
  
  What could be improved: Communicating with theproperty was not easy. Had issues gaining entry to building in the early hours after attending a wedding. Fortunately we correctly used a code from video with allowed us acess building. When we did get in touch staff were extremely helpfull.
