The staff runs things remotely mostly, but check-in was smooth and they’re genuinely helpful over WhatsApp when you need restaurant recommendations or can’t figure out the washing machine (speaking from experience here). The building itself is quiet – thick walls, good windows – so you’re not dealing with street noise or hearing your neighbors’ entire conversations.
