  The check-in was very easy. Very Clear instructions. Thank you so much for the welcome chocolates too.
  The responses from the management of whatever we needed was top notch. The kind of service everyone needs.
  The apartment was very comfy and the wifi was powerful.
  It was really helpful to have a lift too.
  Easy access to supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy, private and public transport.
  
  What could be improved: The heating was not working properly since it’s controlled remotely. We had to wear our winter sweaters at night. That really has to be improved.
  The cooker and the cooking pots are very small and minimal.
  Wine glasses can be to standard too.

  I recently stayed here and had a lovely experience. The apartment offered a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere, and enough for 2 people. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained with all the necessary toiletries. The apartment has a big smart LED TV and the Wi-Fi worked well. The place is conveniently located near the city center and it was accessible via tram, this makes it easy to explore the Prague old town and nearby attractions. Also, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was easy to contact the host and they were very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: During the rain, the apartment gets dirty because there was no entrance mat

  Beautiful apartment with thoughtful details such a personalized greeting note on the complimentary tea box, for instance. The apartment is very homey and cozy. The coffee machine makes great coffee and there was everything we needed for a short stay.
