  Nice and clean. Location was great and good amount of good restaurants in the hood. Staff helped us without any problems to stay a couple of hours later at checkout.
  
  What could be improved: The room only had windows in the ceiling. Difficult to decide what weather it was. No luggage storage was probably the most negative factor. We had to carry our bags 5 min to a luggage storage and pay €20.

  The apartment has all of the comforts of home. It is spacious, has plenty of natural light and everything that you need for a great stay. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants just down the street and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Tess, the owner was fabulous with her information both in print in the room and on the phone when we had the need to call her. All in all, a lovely apartment.

  Tess the host was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. We had a minor issue one day with our door lock jamming and she had it sorted within 30 minutes and even dropped a gift of for us as an apology. Can’t fault her or the apartment. Fantastic value for money.

  We spent 2 nights here for Prague Christmas Markets.
  
  Very clean and well presented.
  Modern interior, warm and welcoming.
  Plenty of room for 2 people.
  Quiet location, we did not hear neighbours / people within the building.
  Local main road right outside the building, you can hear the usual traffic in daytime hours.
  We did not use kitchen facilities, we ate out.
  
  Location was good, 3-5 minute walk to the canal. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket all within a 1-3 minute walk.
  
  Metro line close by, within 5-10 minute walk.
  
  We walked everywhere, 20 minute walk (approx) to Old Town.
