Host was very nice. The apartment was perfectly clean, nice and had everything one may need, including washing machine, iron and ironing board. It’s close to grocery store and tram stop. I will definitely book this place again.

Tram station is just a few steps away. Tram No.8 leads you in the very hart of the city.

I can recommend this accommodation to others, it is quiet and well connected by public transport, I appreciate that it has garage parking. Everything in the apartment was great, except for the slightly wobbly sink.

It was our home away from home, we felt so comfortable staying there. It was very clean and nicely decorated for the season which made it feel cozy and warm. There was everything we needed an more. Bed and furnishings were very comfortable. Also had a pull out sofa and bedding should you have guests with you. Internet was great as well. There was lots of storage for our belongings. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials. Large fridge and freezer were a bonus. Public Transit was 3 minutes away and a fantastic system for getting around. Our landlord Martin had great communication with us right up to the delivery of the keys. He showed us to the garage and apartment. (Apartment Security was great). He was very friendly and we were told to call him directly if we needed anything. I would highly recomend this cozy, warm and welcoming apartment for your stay in Prague.
What could be improved: A lamp on the desk and pillows on the sofa would have been nice. The hall closet sliding doors could be improved for better access. But these thing are minor and did not detract from this lovely and very functional appartment.Mariela from Australia – 6 June 2023 (9/10)
The location is suburban away from the madness of old town Prague. Perfect to get away from the crowds at the end of the day. Great transport link 1 tram the number 8 drops you in the middle of everything (14 stops). Perfect for us as we could garage the car.

Great stay in Prague, my 2nd one at this apartment.
The apartment is very conveniently located, especially for people coming to Prague by car, as guests have the possibility to park in the buildings' underground garage.
Coming by train, guests can get off at Praha-Libeń station from which the apartment is 1km on foot or 2 tram stops.
200m to the tram stop, from where you can get to the centre in about 20 minutes.
The apartment itself is spacious, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony.
The area is quiet, with shops & restaurants in the near vicinity, and Martin, the host, is very kind & understanding 🙂

Excellent apartment in a residential district of Prague.
Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with very long bath 🙂
Most important of all parking in the underground garage – this is a huge plus as parking in Prague is a bit problematic.
Tram stop practically outside the building, 2 min walk.
Will gladly stay again next time we're in Prague.

The apartment is great, very spacious and perfect if you need to work. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The apartment is not close to the city center, but very close (2-3 mins) to the tram station that connects perfectly to the center. The area is nice and safe, you have a supermarket, pizzeria and coffee shop 5 minutes away.

Excellent apartment. Lovely space, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for us, just a short tram ride to old town.
What could be improved: Only thing was pillows werent very comfy. Minor detail though!
