  The location is perfect, everything is within a walking distance. What is not, public transport is at the door.
  
  What could be improved: The small details in the apartment might need a quick maintenance/replacement. ie.: shower walls (leaking), shower tap (leaking), couple wall panels are damaged slightly, window shades damaged, microwave turning plate does not stay in place. But as I mentioned overall has a good value for its price with a perfect location.
