Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Teichmann Premium Apartments on Korunní street, you immediately get the sense that this four-star property takes itself seriously — in the best possible way. The building has that refined European elegance that makes you feel like you’ve made a smart choice, without being intimidating. I mean, the name says “premium” right there, and honestly, they deliver on that promise from the moment you step inside. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the welcoming entrance to the thoughtfully designed common areas.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re in one of Prague’s top-rated areas, and it shows. The location score of 8.8 isn’t just a number; when you’re actually staying here, you realize how easy it is to get around. Couples especially seem to get it (they rate the location 8.7), probably because there’s something romantic about being able to walk to great restaurants and sights without dealing with tourist crowds right outside your door. Korunní street itself has this authentic Prague vibe — you know, the kind where locals actually live and work, not just where tour groups pass through. The neighborhood offers a genuine slice of local life with cafes, shops, and cultural landmarks within easy reach.

The Apartment Experience

What sets Teichmann Premium Apartments apart is that apartment-style setup — you’re not just getting a hotel room, you’re getting space to actually live a bit. The rooms feel more like upscale city flats than typical hotel accommodations, which is perfect if you want to grab groceries from a local market and make coffee the way you like it. The furnishings have that contemporary European style that’s polished without being cold, and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without everything feeling cramped. Each apartment is designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, making extended stays particularly appealing.

Practical Comforts

The little details here actually matter — good wifi (crucial if you’re working remotely), kitchenettes that are properly equipped, and bathrooms that feel modern and clean. You know what I appreciate? The fact that everything just works without you having to think about it. The heating is consistent, the water pressure is solid, and the beds are comfortable enough that you’re not tossing and turning after long days of walking around Prague’s cobblestone streets. Additional amenities like quality linens and modern fixtures enhance the overall experience.

Why Guests Love It

That 8.3 rating reflects what you actually experience here — it’s the kind of place that gets the fundamentals right while adding just enough polish to feel special. You’re paying for quality and location, and you get both without any unpleasant surprises. The neighborhood gives you authentic Prague life, the apartments give you space and comfort, and the whole experience feels more sophisticated than your average hotel stay. For couples especially, there’s something appealing about having your own little Prague apartment, even if it’s just for a few nights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this property delivers consistent quality and genuine hospitality.

Hotels in Prague dot the cobbled Old Town Square, the lanes of Mala Strana, and the slopes below Prague Castle.

The apartment was super spacious, just like in pictures, the bed was insanely soft we were literally melting into it like a marshmallow. Location was also amazing, we felt safe in the area and it was quite close to the attractions we wanted to see and visit. I read few opinions during the journey to Praha and got scared because some of them said the apartment was not clean, but when we arrived there was no mess, dust or stains, it was very clean☺️

What could be improved: I think the only thing I didn’t like was the communication with the host, when I had a problem and asked questions he did not want to explain, seemed a bit rude as well. Oh and there was nasty smell in the dishwasher, when I opened it to load the dishes I couldn’t handle it.

Overall it was a good stay, i'd recommend it. The apartment is as spacious as the photos show what doesnt happen a lot these days

What could be improved: The mattress is not the best, too soft. Apart from it, everything is just fine
