    All was great. Pavel is very kind host, showed us everything about the apartment we needed to know, offered recommendations about sightseeing of Prague, we had had our car parked in garage (wonderful relief). Apartment is cute, with nice view, quiet area, couple of stores nearby, shopping malls close enough. We used the car, so I don't know about the public transportation too much. Has all the facilities in the kitchen you may need for your stay.

    Nice, little but cosy apartment. Functional to our needs, it was well warmed and clean. The owner is very kind and helpful. Position is 7 minutes drive to PVA expo Praha.

    The place was clean and the host is a very nice guy. It is close to the metro and public transportation. You can take bus number 201 to the metro station or else walk to the metro station is about 20 minutes. The neighborhood seemed very safe and there are grocery stores close by.

    What could be improved: We were charged 2 euros per adult per night upon arrival. Not fair. And we were informed of such a charge a day before arrival. At that point we did not have much of a choice since the money we had prepaid for reservation was non-refundable even if we wanted to cancel it.

    The apartment is indeed sunny (so very hot) but the two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a private parking with direct access to the apartment via an elevator.

    What could be improved: The price of this apartment is too high for what it has to offer :
    1. The TV is very old so not useful if you do not intend to watch local channels.
    2. The kitchen was not very cleaned and the equipments old except for the microwave and the dish washer. The oven offers only traditional heating.
    3. The first floor is very hot and the small fan does not help at all.
    4. The couch is old and not confortable. You can not sleep on it.
    5. The room that is supposed to host 4 persons was packed tight with all the owner’s stuff so no room to unpack. And it did not make us feel very at ease.
    6. The other room that was supposed to host 2 persons seemed to have a lot of drawers but the first one we opened contained an underwear (not sure if clean or not) so we decided not to unpack…
    7. The walls are thin like papers. We like to enjoy time in family and play board games. Of course, we talk and laugh which seem pretty normal to me when you are on holidays with your family but every night the neighbor knocked on the wall.. I rented several apartments during our vacation and this is the only one where we were faced with this situation. I can understand that you shouldn’t party all night long with loud music but you should at least be able to talk and laugh without disturbing the neighbors…
