  Definitely the location and the apartment itself, even though its small it fits perfectly for couples and it’s literally in the middle of the magic of Praga, everything is near by! The host was very responsive and gave us clear and enough instructions that we didn’t need anything else after the check in!

  Fantastic central (but quiet) location within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and the metro station which you can use along with the 59 bus for an easy transfer from the airport. Spotlessly clean room (with very efficient heating) that was basic but fulfilled all our requirements.
  (Couldn't get the built-in hob to work but there was a backup in the drawer.)
  Excellent value for money and thoroughly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: Picked up the keys in a nearby restaurant but the staff were unable to help us with directions to the apartment which was just around the corner.

  The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is only 3 minutes away from the Old Town. The supermarket, exchange, restaurants and cafes were only a few meters away!
  
  What could be improved: The towels had an unpleasant smell, we were a couple and had single quilts to cover ourselves and one of them had stains. The slippers were missing and after the shower or while staying in the apartment you have to walk barefoot and this was not comfortable, also the cover on the bathtub was a little old and gave you a feeling of discomfort when taking a shower. Apart from these, everything was ok, and I recommend it!

  Perfect location, we could walk everywhere.
