The location is what really sold me on this place. You’re in Prague 5, which I know sounds less exciting than staying right in Old Town, but hear me out – you’re actually better positioned here. It’s about a 15-minute tram ride to the city center (the stop’s literally around the corner), but you get to stay in a proper residential neighborhood where actual Czechs live. I mean, you’ll wake up to the smell of fresh bread from the local bakery instead of tourist trap restaurants. The parking situation alone is worth mentioning because, well, anyone who’s tried to park in central Prague knows it’s basically impossible. Here you get a proper spot included, which saves you probably 20 euros a day and a whole lot of stress.

What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night – being on the top floor means you’re away from street noise, but you can still hear the distant hum of the city. The air conditioning works brilliantly (and trust me, Prague summers can be brutal), though I found myself opening the windows most evenings because there’s actually a nice breeze up there. The WiFi speed is no joke either – I was video calling family back home without any lag, which honestly surprised me. The space itself feels genuinely spacious, not just by European standards. You know how some places claim to be roomy but you’re still bumping into furniture? Not here. I could actually spread out my stuff, work from the kitchen table, and still have the living area free for relaxing. The décor is modern but not sterile – someone clearly put thought into making it feel like a home rather than just another rental unit. Only minor thing I’d mention is that being top floor means a bit of a climb if the elevator’s being serviced, but that happened exactly once during my stay, so hardly worth worrying about. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should, which sounds simple but is surprisingly rare when you travel as much as I do.
