The host was super friendly and open to extra asks. She gave great instruction for entrance to the property and parking – no questions left. The apartment is indeed spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location is great – you have everything what you need in place (shop, restaurants) but at the same time can easily travel to the city center (tram). There were no issues with the balcony door or sink described within previous comments – looks like they were fixed 🙂

Spacious, clean, modern, airy. Clear check instructions with pics/videos via Whatsapp. Several buses and trams, eateries (inc 2 Viietnamese restaurants and Chinese Bao) within 5 mins walk. Bus 207 takes you to close to centre and Charles Bridge. Tesco Express across the road, Bigger supermarket Billa located at Florenc metro, near main/Flix bus station, 2 stops on the bus. Comfortable bed, air con, little balcony, 2 sofas (1 is sofa bed). 24 reception. Soap for dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee powder provided.
What could be improved: Sofa bed not so comfortable to sleep on but hostess responded immediately and provided a new topper within half an hour.

We liked only that the appartment was big and that the grocery store is across the street.
What could be improved: 1. We could not use balcony because of broken lock. First time we used it we could not normally close it.
2. PARKING is so bad. I drive arteon vw and it was too big for widht of parking spaces. In my case I got parking place where I could not open my door to go out, the host "couldnt speek" at that moment when I did not know where I can park. I freaked out. PLEASE NOTE IT FOR NEXT GUESTS WITH BIG CARS!! And then the NEXT day they offered me a DRIVER to park my car…😅 5cm from the wall and 5cm from other car? No way…
3. At the reception there were like one young woman, then a little boy (max 10 yeara old), than a russian woman, than a man…they do not speak english and ohhh it was so hard to speak with them.
4. Insects on the floors.
5. The drains dont work.
6. THE WORST thing was too loud noise from some kind of ventilation…
…So this was really bad expirience.

Перебування в помешканні було дуже комфортним. Затишно як вдома. Простора квартира з усім необхідним для приготування їжі, для сну, для відпочинку. Всього було достатньо: і рушники, і додаткові ковдри, і подушки, і додатковий матрац. Дуже тепле, світле помешкання з гарним панорамним видом на місто. Атмосферно. Для прогулянки в старе місто досить невелика відстань пішки. Але є поруч зупинки громадського транспорту. Продуктовий магазин через дорогу, дуже близько. Читала у відгуках про тісні паркувальні місця. Так! Трішки є така проблемка. Але ми швидко впоралися. Господиня доброзичлива, постійно на зв'язку і готова допомогти і підказати. За "комплімент" від господині окрема подяка! Все на вищому рівні!

Krásne ubytovanie, priestranné, vybavenie kompletné, ako doma 🙂 Šli sme na koncert do Forum Karlín, preto sme hľadali ubytovanie v blízkosti, takže sme veľmi spokojní, peši sme tam boli za pár minút. K metru menšia prechádzka a do centra metrom max. 10 minút., takže super. Obchod hneď cez ulicu. Komunikácia s ubytovaním výborná.
What could be improved: Tak parkovisko je fakt zabavné, za čo samozrejme nemôže ubytovateľ, ale architekt to zjavne neodhadol. Šofér musí byť skúsený. My sme mali menšie SUV a vošli sme na parkovacie miesto len so sklopenými spätnými zrkadlami, neviem si tam veľmi predstaviť nejaké veľké SUV, ale za to naozaj majiteľ ubytovania nemôže. Parkovisko je naozaj veľké plus pri ubytovaní, takže sme spokojní.
