The host was super friendly and open to extra asks. She gave great instruction for entrance to the property and parking - no questions left. The apartment is indeed spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location is great - you have everything what you need in place (shop, restaurants) but at the same time can easily travel to the city center (tram). There were no issues with the balcony door or sink described within previous comments - looks like they were fixed :-)
