What could be improved: De dekens en de kussens waren karig.

Die Unterkunft ist so beeindruckend wie auf den Bildern. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war super. Sie waren sehr kooperativ, hilfsbereit und freundlich!

It was big and clean. House looked nice. Jacuzzi was also awesome. A lot of privacy.

What could be improved: Hostess has to work on her customer hospitality. The way they treat you is a bit arrogant and definitely not customer friendly. Maybe it was not on purpose but she should choose more wisely which word you use. Also it’s ridiculous how small blankets they give you. If you have a 2 person bed you should also give a 2 person blanket. It’s way too short. For the price you ask you should try to make the stay more pleasant and more comfortable.

Lucy is so so so nice, helping us get a passport left at the villa. We appreciate.

What could be improved: it’s not written that there is no parties an this home , even if you open pictures there are balloons and party staff than means that party was allowed there. we didn’t expect to party hard, but when we come , we got immediately message that for parties it will be penalty 500 euros . so i was frightened even to breath there :). i think It´s better to text this before confirming reservation . but Thanks to my colleagues that were not so loud, and the stay was very nice cause the house is really beautiful .

Really nice villa with a lot of space (we were 5 friends), all processes worked well and the host was at all times responsive. Also we appreciated the early/late checkin. The villa is very nicely equipped and you have a huge dining table, living room and 4 bed rooms. Also the outside area is really nice with a hammock, jacuzzi and BBQ area as shown in the pictures.

What could be improved: The villa is in the middle of a villa area and roughly 20 minutes from Prague center which we knew but you need to be aware of that in case you are here to visit the city. There is a deposit of 500€ in cash required which is a bit cumbersome in my view as I am not from a EUR country and prefer not having huge cash amounts at all. The only opportunity I found at the airport to get EUR is the ATMs from Euronet which then charged a 12% commission to get the money. Also when departing I had a 500€ in cash I barely do not need. Better would be portable card process or not taking a deposit at all but in case something breaks it's just being paid.
