Apartment was clean, well equipped, located in nice area few steps to city center, close to stations. Owner was nice to communicate with. Liked my stay very much.

The location is very good: the Old Town and all main tourist attractions are within a 15-30 minute walk.
What could be improved: Apart from the location, not much good can be said about the place. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked like mad even for the tiniest movement. The apartment had just been renovated which meant that a bunch of things weren't working: there was no WiFi, a door handle was missing from one of the bedrooms (so we got locked in and had to get someone to rescue us from outside), there was no bathtub curtain in the bathroom, nor a mop to clean up after showering. The hosts weren't very helpful either: they did nothing when we complained about the above apart from thanking us for our helpful remarks. On the other hand, they seemed to want to squeeze as much money out from us and invest as little as possible: the soap and toilet paper we found in the bathroom ran out after a single night and we had to buy it for ourselves for the rest of our stay. They agreed to add an extra guest to the booking beyond the capacity of the apartment and we were grateful for that; on the other hand, for the extra guest they made us pay the same price as for a regular one although the extra guest had to sleep on the floor and it meant practically no extra cost to them. In a sense this was OK since we agreed to this in advance, but given all the glitches and malfunctions we felt that a discount would've been more than appropriate. Also, be prepared that after checking out they won't let you leave your luggage there and pick it up later, you'll be directed to the ridiculously overpriced luggage storage facility in the street.Tomáš from Czech Republic – 22 January 2025 (9/10)

Apartament bliziutko centrum, czysto i schludnie, fajny sposób przekazania kluczy, super kontakt z właścicielem, szybko i sprawnie odpisuje na wiadomości, w apartamencie wszystko co potrzeba, ręczniki, suszarka, ekspres do kawy, mikrofalówka, lodówka, świetny na wyjazdy rodzinne 😁😊
