  The apartment is wonderful. It's near many of the important monuments and tourist sites. Definitely purchase a cab from their website. It's much more easier to get the keys for the apartment. It has everything that is needed for a prolonged stay – a week, a month, whatever you need.
  
  What could be improved: Perhaps, better cleaning equipment, the floor mop is terrible. The sofa in the living room is not so comfortable. Perhaps for a child or a shorter person it would be fine, but have that in mind if you plan to be more than 2 people for more than a couple of days.

  Everything about the apartment as described. It has a very large living area and is very spacious. It is an old building so it has a very nice atmosphere. The birdsong at night does not leave you alone. very reasonable option for families with children. When you leave the apartment you can see the river and Prague castle next to you. Charles bridge is 3 minutes on foot.
  
  What could be improved: You have to go to an office at a different distance from the apartment to check in. This is a problem if you have a lot of luggages or if you have left them somewhere far away. Another solution can be found

  We asked for the pick up service from the airport which worked very well. We seen right to the door of the apartment up 3 flights of stairs.

  The location was very close to Charles bridge.
  The apartment size was quite nice.
  
  What could be improved: There were no lifts and with a small kid carrying a baby stroller up and down to the third floor was quite challenging.
  Also heaters didn't work for the second day of the stay making it quite chilly in the apartment. Not sure if they closed it or what was done as were working for the first night of stay.
  Additionally there was no body soap/shampoo provided in the bathroom and no utensils cleaning sponge in the kitchen.
  Also keys are to be collected from a different place which is quite far from the place where the apartment is located and hence making it very inconvenient.
