  The property was absolutely fantastic! You have everything you need such as towels, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee, etc. it has everything.
  The location is brilliant. You are literally in the heart of Prague and also the tram station is just a few minutes from it.
  The bed is very comfortable and the place is cosy and warm.
  The host was very attentive as well. The instructions were clear about everything.
  
  What could be improved: Sometimes was a bit hard to open the door but is not a big issue.

  The apartment was in perfect and quiet location approximately 10 minutes by foot from the astronomical clock and the old town square. It was unexpectedly clean!! Very cozy, warm, with refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen! We stayed there for 6 nights. Even though we did not meet in person, Sylva the hostess, was extremely kind and helpful!! We were always in touch via WhatsApp and she was always available. The keys were in a locker right across the street to the apartment. The apartment is very close to the subway and bus stations with have access to all tourist areas! Thank you for your hospitality Sylva we had a great time in Prague !!

  The host was very helpful, we were in constant communication via WhatsUp. Got the keys easily from a lock box. The building is in the heart of the Old Town with so much history around it. The room was exceptionally clean, and it is furnished and the layout is done in a way that you won`t notice its relative small size. There is room for everything. The kitchen is well equipped, there is coffee and tea of your choosing, and some tasty chocolate was waiting for us on the beautifully prepared bed. We totally loved the place.

  Perfect choice for us. Quick, pleasant walk to the old town. Easy to get to all the sights. Good for transport links. Nice bars and restaurants nearby but quiet area. Apartment had everything you could need for a short break. Sylvia, the owner was very helpful. Great communication. Provided great local info and let us leave our bags early.   The location was great, right in the city center but in a quiet street. The apatment was clean and we felt comfortable. The keys hand over was simple and we also used the luggage storage which is at the reception where the keys is collected ( about 50 metres from the apartment) We will be definitely back.

  Location was fantastic – right in the heart of Old Town for walking and easy to take a scooter to the other side of the river for the castle and other neighbourhoods. The kitchen was well stocked and our host was communicative and responsive. Super useful having the washing machine and drying rack – thank you!
  
  What could be improved: For a coffee lover, the coffee wasn't good. However its easy to find a coffee shop nearby. The pillow is large and flat (although I think this is more of a European style thing (I'm from Canada) and we found more "typical" pillows with more plush in the wardrobe. Since its an older building it is not sound proof by any means. You could hear people come in and out of the building, however there was not that much traffic through the building so we didn't find it so bad.
