There’s this little tram stop practically outside your door, and honestly, the river walks here are some of my favorite in Prague. Couples seem to really get this area, and I can see why — it’s got that romantic Prague vibe without feeling like you’re stuck in a postcard.

  Очень хороший номер, просторный, с большим количеством спальных мест. Полностью оборудованная кухня, отличные кровати, приятные и отзывчивые сотрудники, которые всегда на связи. Отличные санузлы. Все чисто и аккуратно. Очень хорошее расположение.
  
  Кроме того, обслуживающий персонал очень компетентен и умеет быстро и хорошо решать возникающие проблемы: несмотря на неожиданно для всех (как для нас, так и для персонала) возникшие неудобства с заселением, проблема была решена так что мы остались очень довольны и наш отдых прошел отлично.

  The apartment is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. It has two spacious bathrooms. It is close to the river and a shopping mall. It is located on a lively street.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment has only one room and not three bedrooms as mentioned in Booking. The ground floor has a large hall divided into two sections with two separate beds. There is no free parking outside the building as also mentioned in Booking. Which made me look for a faraway parking space that cost me more than 30 euros per day. The rent is expensive for the services provided by the apartment. The Wi-Fi network is unstable.

  The apartment is nice, well equipped, in a good location.
  
  What could be improved: The staff is horrible: while it is claimed that there is 24/7 front desk, none of that exists.
  We informed in advance that our flight is delayed and we were assured that a staff member will be at the location to hand us the keys.
  We arrived at 2 O'clock in the morning and had to wait 45 minutes in the cold street to get the keys.
  Moreover, during our stay the staff member who got our enquiries through WhatsApp read them and ignored them.
  One of the beds was broken, but it was ignored by the staff.
  I never experienced such a horrible attitude from staff in a holiday apartment 😕 .

  The host was very nice in arranging to receive us very late after our flight was delayed to arrive. The apartment is very spacious and clean and includes all basic services.
  
  What could be improved: The description and the address on booking.com are of a location that is along side the river. But the property is in a completely different side of the block away from the river on a different address, very deceiving . The WiFi quality was very bad, spotty, and slow. if you are going to depend on the WiFi for your trip look elsewhere. The property description implies the apartment includes its own parking, but this is completely incorrect. The host explained that parking was on the street a couple of blocks away. The property does not have its own parking.
