  The apartment was amazing!!
  
  It was huge with so much space with big bedrooms and living room. It was immaculately clean and lovely and warm given the cold weather! I was worried that it wouldn't be as nice as it looked in the pictures but it was even nicer! The views in the morning of the sunrise out the bedroom window was amazing!
  
  The location was great – lots of shops and restaurants around and walking distance to everywhere! The staff were also super friendly.

  huge apartment (booked the penthouse) , great location, have all the accessories in the kitchen / apartment.
  personal elevator for the 5th floor.
  they changed towels and made beds every day.
  great service, the entire building is their
  amazing breakfast in near by hotel (got coupons).
  all kind of restaurants near by, all attractions and mall are near by
  
  What could be improved: Windows need to be replaced to better ones, due to street tram noises / people was yelling one day at night (this is central location, so it is good and bad)

  What could be improved: Delay at check in, the reception appeared to be under resourced at high volume times of check in. Very inflexible approach to late check out. We were told check out is at 10 but graciously given 11, which from experience should be a regular check out. Shower hose was very short and since there was no rain shower it is a bit cumbersome for a tall person to wash hair.
