I spent a good hour just wandering around my apartment the first night, opening cabinets and checking out the view (which, by the way, gets really lovely in the late afternoon light). The design is contemporary but not cold, if that makes sense – lots of clean lines but with warm touches that keep it from feeling sterile. What really sold me was the attention to small details… like, the coffee machine actually makes decent coffee, and there are proper wine glasses, not those flimsy hotel ones.

Location-wise, you’re in this sweet spot where you can walk to Old Town in about ten minutes, but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos right outside your door. Revoluční connects you to everything – head south and you’ll hit Wenceslas Square, walk north and you’re at the river. I found myself taking different routes each day just because you can. The Palladium shopping center is practically around the corner, which is handy for groceries or if you need anything last minute. Honestly, the only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend mornings can get a bit lively with people heading to the nearby cafes, but it’s more pleasant neighborhood buzz than actual noise. The staff seem to genuinely know Prague – not just the touristy bits – and they’re happy to point you toward places that locals actually go. That 9.7 rating? Yeah, I get it. It’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should, and you end up wondering why more hotels don’t figure this out.

  The apartment was beautiful with high end facilities, a comfy bed and a fantastic bathroom and shower. Location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

  I rarely give 10/10 for the experience, but R16 Residences definitely deserves it. The stay was perfect. Beginning to end, they managed to make it the perfect stay. The location is prime, right in front of bus stops, so very easy access to the city. The facility was beautiful. I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was so spacious! It was very clean, they have nespresso coffee machine, and even a pillow menu if you want to try any other pillows. Everything was perfect, very much recommend!!

  This accommodation was outstanding, and I could not fault anything. I was "wowed" as I walked in and just made our break so much more special. The staff were superb, the location was ideal for us, and the amenities and facilities were excellent. I could not think of one single thing that could be added to this accommodation to make it any better. It was outstanding.

  I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Prague, close to everything yet still peaceful and quiet. The place itself is stunning: recently renovated with beautiful interiors that feel both stylish and cozy. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.
  
  What truly stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
  
  I would 100% come back here on my next trip to Prague. Highly recommended!
