The apartment is very spacy, with a great view.
Also, it is very well equipped, including umbrellas, first aid, cosmetics, tools, coffee machines, all kind of teas, etc.
Beds are comfortable and big. Child bed available at request at no cost.
The keys are being collected from a safe which is available all time which makes this very comfortable way.
Going to the city centre by cab is 6min at around 100CZK or by tram 15min at 30CZK.

Great location with a nice view from the balcony. Close to the subway station, near the city center, great surroundings with parks, pubs, and restaurants. The interior was nice and luxurious.

Everything was great, the beds had sheets on, there were towls and everything were nice and clean. The apartment had games, tv's, guidebooks and everything you'd need to stay there for some time.

The hostess was incredibly pleasant and provided detailed instructions. The apartment is spacious and inviting, with a great view from the living room. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the metro and tram stations is convenient, making it easy to reach the main railway station in just 15 minutes and the city center in 20. The only minor inconvenience, which is not the fault of the apartment, is the parking situation. The nearby parking spaces are designated for local residents and tend to be full even on weekdays. However, there are affordable options available near Výstaviště, which could be the best alternative.

Big place on the 5th floor. Refurbished. Helpful and accommodating host. Warm. Has tea/coffee facilities. Comfortable for 3-5 people. Clean, surprisingly quiet.

appartments are very good equiped, you will find everything you need like at home.
when we checked in we found out that there is no hot water. Host was in touch and they was able to resolve this. This issue affected all house and it is kind of force majeure, but I like that house holder was communicative.
What could be improved: no parking, and overall problem with parking in that place.
Cooking panel was extremely slow for preparation food.

Prag’da kalınabilecek en güzel evlerden birinde kaldık. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Bir sonraki gidişimde tekrar bu evi rezerve edeceğim.
Evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey var, hatta fazlası ile var. Tam donanımlı mutfak, buzdolabı, çamaşır makinesi, kurutma makinesi, fırın, mikrodalga, kahve makinesi, mikser, meyve sıkacağına kadar tüm elektrikli aletler mevcut. Nevresim, havlu, bir sürü çeşit şampuan, duş jeli, şovu sabun, kremler, losyonlar, erkekler için ayrı kadınlar için ayrı hijyen malzemeleri, saç kurutma makinesi, bir sürü çay ve kahve çeşitleri, baharatlar… daha yazamadığım bir sürü şey. Ev sahibi tereza’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Eve giriş de kolaydı. ❤️

Großes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben der Metro, Nähe zum Park und zu Fuß ist man in 30min in der Innenstadt.

Bardzo dobry i miły kontakt z właścicielem obiektu.Apartament położony jest praktycznie w samym centrum , bardzo dobra komunikacja tramwaje są zaraz po drugiej stronie ulicy.Przyszłym gościom mogę doradzić parkowanie auta na parkingu "U Vistaviste" 900 metrów od apartamentu 10
minut spacerkiem lub dojedzie się tam tramwajem 12 ,w nocy parking jest bezpłatny z panem można się dogadać nawet na kilka dni aby auto można było bez problemu parkować … W apartamencie właściciel oferuje wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej od żelazka po pastę do zębów dosłownie jak w domu .Polecam z całego serca 👌👌👌
