I stayed here during a conference week when the place was pretty full, and service never felt rushed or impersonal. Honestly, for a 4-star property with a 9.2 rating, it delivers exactly what those numbers suggest – solid comfort, genuine hospitality, and that slightly removed-from-chaos feeling that makes Prague feel manageable rather than overwhelming. If you want to experience the city but actually sleep well and have space to decompress, this works really well.

  Amazing food, environment, ranch nearby, amazing nature. Accommodation amazing in a historic building beautiful large rooms.
  
  What could be improved: The disadvantage is the distance of about 16km from the center. If you don't have a car, travel for a long time.

  Very nice location, nice room, rich breakfast with convenient hours.
  The room was heated and the country side scenery was really nice.
  Recommended if you wish to stay in a quiet location very close to Prague and if you have a car.

  If you plan to visit Prague but wish to stay somewhere enchanting and quiet, away from the crowds, Pytloun Chateau Hotel at Ctenice is a charming hotel, the place to be.
  
  Located on the northeast outskirts of Prague, it has beautifully manicured grounds, plentiful parking inside the complex, and is also dog-friendly.
  
  There is a bus stop outside, which will connect you to the nearby Letnany underground station. From there, you can travel directly to the centre of Prague.
  
  The staff was very helpful, kind, friendly and smiley.
  This was a breath of fresh air, as many Czech establishments providing customer service seem to employ grumpy and unhelpful people.
  
  The buffet-style breakfast was beautifully presented with ample cold and hot food.
  
  We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, again ten out of ten.
  
  Our room was cosy, with a wood-clad ceiling and beams, and it had a view over the courtyard and the church. It was a very clean and well-equipped hotel room.
  
  Thank you to everyone at Pytloun Chateau Hotel for looking after us. We will be visiting again.

  The hotel is located outside the city, in a very quiet and peaceful area, with free parking available, and public transport runs from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff, delicious coffee, and breakfasts.
