  Everything was super! Excellent location, beautiful and clean big rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: The suite was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The staff helped us with the baggage.

  The location was incredible! We could see the astronomical clock from our room! Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.
  
  What could be improved: My suggestion is to add a comfortable sofa or two chairs, for reading, sipping wine etc.
  It would also be great to have a coffee maker in the room.

  We had the Duplex Suite and the views of the city / town square and the city was exceptional. Breakfast was great as well. We loved eating together as a family – something we don't always do in the United States. 🙂 We loved everything! The people were so nice, the room was exceptional and we just had a fantastic time.   This is absolutely the best location in Prague! Our room was on the top floor, looking right at the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Prague. The biggest surprise is that it was totally quiet in the room. In this hotel, you feel like you are literally stepping back in time (with modern comforts, of course). The hotel staff are very nice, accommodating, and always ready to help. Love this hotel!

  The Duplex apartment was beautiful and it meant my friend and I had our own space and our own bathrooms.

  The apartment was in a beautiful 14th century building with wonderful exposed beams and period furniture. Two excellent bathrooms and the beds were so comfortable to sleep on.
  A great view of the astronomical clock from the windows.
  Excellent breakfast with a wide choice each morning.
  
  What could be improved: The only disadvantage is that the apartment has no lift and is on the third floor. We were aware of this when we booked but it is tiring if you need to go up and down several times a day.
