    Clean, modern aesthetic, location, value.

    What could be improved: I would have liked a smaller washcloth for showering, and the guest book information was not up to date. Netflix is on the tv, but there is no free account. You will need to enter your credentials, so don’t forget to logout. Also, check-out procedures in the book do not match the ones in the email.

    Modern, clean place, close to metro and tram station. We were looking for an apartman with free parking, this is a perfect choice.

    Large and spacious apartment, cleanliness and comfort at a high level, all amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, etc. are a plus (these small things are often missing in other apartments). One of the biggest amenities is the underground garage included in the price (as we know, parking in such a large city as Prague can be problematic/complicated). Very nice and relatively quiet area, a big plus is the proximity of shops and many dining options. In my opinion, a great location as a base for sightseeing. (tram stop and metro station just 5 minutes walk away). I highly recommend it, I will definitely go back there on my next visit to Prague.

    What could be improved: I found nothing to find fault with. Although, as you know, every visitor is different.

    Perfect for a city break.
    The free parking was our selling point. Because our accommodation was only a two-minute walk from the metro and tram station, we left the car parked throughout our stay. Also, we walked to the city center since it was extremely close and quick.
    When we arrived, we parked our car in the Lidl parking lot and then grabbed the keys for self-check in.
    The accommodation is located in a large complex that includes Lidl, Starbucks, McDonald's, Paul, coffee shops, and many other businesses.

    The temperature in the apartment was ideal for the end of February.
    The flat is quite spacious and clean, and the host was extremely helpful and friendly.
    There are many appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator.
    There's a large balcony with outdoor furniture.

    What could be improved: Some carpets would be good for the bedroom since footsteps produce an echo when you walk. Also, the walls are rather thin, and you can occasionally hear the neighbors walking.
    But after a long day of walking throughout the city, you won't have difficulty falling asleep.

    we travelled with a car, so for us the car parking was a key to choose the place. they have an underground parking spot.

    What could be improved: it is bit further away from old town. but not an issue. you can take metro or just call Bolt.

    Perfect location with both subway and tram access to downtown area (manageable even on foot). The whole neigborhood is modern and has a nice vibe to it (with Starbucks and various shops around). It's a modern and very clean building with a Lidl in the basement. We felt more comfortable than in a 5-star hotel. The instructions for access are very clear, but watch out that You get 6 pictures sent. (I only looked at the first photo with the safe and then try to figure things out myself. Almost made it, but had to call at the end. I was politely given all the help, so it still went smooth. Kudos.) Wifi was 50Mbits/sec (fast) and there was even free Netflix.

    What could be improved: While the apartment is very well equipped and was very clean, we were lacking some storage space. Some simple cupboards or open shelves (easy to clean) would be useful. We kept are clothing in our luggage on the floor. Not a major issue, but a possibility for improvement.

    Everything just like on the pictures. Apartment very comfortable, very well equiped, especially kitchen. It is quite as the windows ovelook the backyard. Close to city center, you can either walk or take tram or metro. There is also Lidl in the same buidling (very convienient!)and few restraurants nerby. Free parking place in the garage is great option.
    There is kind of logistics with the keys and parking while you need to collect them – we parked on Lidl parking first (60 minutes for free), collected the keys from another building just behind the corner and then parked on the appropriate parking.
    Even if you don't see the owners you can contact them easily via e-mail and they are very responsive.

    What could be improved: No air conditioning. It was 28-29 C degrees inside, there is no way to ventilate the apartement as you have all windows on the same side. There are fans in both rooms but they cannot lower the tempareture and there are noisy. I would expect more for this price.
