Duży, czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Blisko tramwaj. Kilkanaście minut od centrum. Blisko centrum handlowe gdzie można zrobić zakupy. Parking w cenie apartamentu. Przydatna informacja w apartamencie z atrakcjami, lokalami, gastronomią – z kilku porad skorzystaliśmy i się nie zawiedliśmy. Obsługa błyskawicznie reagująca i odpowiadająca na pytania/wątpliwości. Łatwa i przejrzysta instrukcja zameldowania / wymeldowania. Jedna oddzielna ubikacja i jedna z łazienką. Wygodne łóżka. Duży salon z aneksem kuchennym. Winda.
What could be improved: Właściwie jedyny minus tego apartamentu, to ruchliwa ulica Plzeńska od strony wszystkich trzech sypialni. Wynajmujący nie ma na to wpływu, niemniej fakt ten jest na minus, Nawet przy zamkniętych oknach głośno. Przy otwartych oknach bardzo głośno. Byliśmy w okresie upałów i mieszkanie nagrzewało się tak, że konieczne było otwieranie okien co powodowało, że w sypialniach było bardzo głośno.
