The place is impeccable. I cannot criticise it at all. Toiletries and cleaning items. Beautiful apartment. It was huge which we loved and was so clean. Really thoughtfully put together. FYI it needs a full length mirror that's all it's missing.
What could be improved: The pillows weren't to my liking but that's my personal preference

My favorite was the washing machine and the quiet accommodation.
What could be improved: 1.It is too inconvenient to provide the key before all the passengers sign in.

Modern excellent equipment. Very comfortable beds. Washing machine came in handy. Very easy and quick access to the tourist sites by tram.

Nice and very big apartment.
What could be improved: Noisy location next to a construction site.
Difficult to enter and exit the parking place. No instructions whatsoever given by the agency that intermediates the renting. They do not answer any message nor the telephone. And worse you need to go downtown first to get the keys and to pay. Прекрасное расположение-общественный транспорт, метро, магазины в пешей доступности.В квартире чисто,хорошая мебель и техника.
What could be improved: Заселение превратилось в квест:найди замок,в замке ключи,а ещё оказалось два входа в здание…вынуждены были ходить вокруг него и искать свой вход и свой замок, то ещё занятие. + Großzügige, helle Wohnung in mordernem Gebäude
+ Zwei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer
+ Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten
+ Ruhige, verkehrsgünstige Lage: Mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar, Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz für das Auto, Metro- und Straßenbahn-Station in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ebenso einige Supermärkte.
+ Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt Prag.
What could be improved: Zwei Punkte muss ich leider abziehen; die Gründe:
– Die Sauberkeit auf dem Balkon ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: Dichte Spinnweben – samt Bewohnern – hingen in den Ecken und von einigen Stellen an der Decke herab. Dies war nicht besonders einladend, darunter zu sitzen. Ähnlich war die Situation im Wohnzimmer: auch hier Spinnweben in den Ecken des Raumes. Ich habe einen Staubsauger, der glücklicherweise vorhanden war, genutzt, um diesen Schmutz zu beseitigen.
– Als mein Kollege und ich ankamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass nur eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hergerichtet war. Auf meine Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin erfuhr ich, dass ich mich im Vorfeld aktiv darum hätte kümmern müssen, dass beide Schlafzimmer nutzbar sind. Dies nennt die Vermieterin in einer Vorab-Info "Eco friendly practice": Standardmäßig wird offensichtlich ein Doppelbett bezogen; wer "getrennte Betten" möchte, muss dies 24 Stunden vorher anmelden. Aus der Information, die mir rechtzeitig zugegangen war, geht leider nicht hervor, dass "Doppelbett" zugleich bedeutet, dass nur ein Schlafzimmer vorbereitet wird. Da wir bewusst ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht hatten – wir waren als Kollegen und nicht als Paar unterwegs -, waren wir sehr erstaunt, dass eines davon zunächst nicht nutzbar war. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde dann – allerdings gegen eine Gebühr von knapp 20 Euro – später am Anreisetag hergerichtet. Was auch immer an dieser Praxis umweltfreundlich sein soll: kundenfreundlich ist dieses Verhalten nicht; dass ich selber aktiv werden muss, um in einem 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartment die beiden Schlafzimmer auch wirklich nutzen zu können, ist eine äußerst seltsame Praxis – und angesichts der Zusatzgebühr obendrein ziemlich unfair.M from Romania – 18 August 2024 (10/10)
