Prague Center Apartments Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Prague Center Apartments on Cihelná Street, you immediately get that “I’m in the heart of it all” feeling. This three-star property sits right where you want to be in Prague — close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away on a quieter street so you’re not dealing with constant tourist chaos. The building itself has that classic Central European charm, and honestly, the location alone makes this place worth considering. The neighborhood offers an authentic slice of Prague life without the overwhelming crowds found in major tourist zones.
The Apartment Experience
What I really appreciate about staying here is that you get your own apartment rather than just a hotel room. There’s something liberating about having your own space with a proper kitchen — you know, being able to grab groceries from the local markets and actually cook something instead of eating out every single meal. The apartments are well-maintained and functional, nothing fancy but everything you need is there. The setup works particularly well for couples, which makes sense given how highly pairs rate this place for romantic getaways. You’ll find the accommodations comfortable and practical for extended stays.
Location Perks
Here’s what locals won’t tell you — Cihelná Street puts you within walking distance of both Old Town and New Town, but you’re positioned perfectly to avoid the worst of the crowds. I mean, you can stroll to Wenceslas Square in about ten minutes, hit the Jewish Quarter easily, and you’re close to some excellent traditional Czech pubs that tourists often miss. The tram connections are solid too, so getting around the city is actually pretty effortless from here. You’ll discover hidden gems and local favorites that most visitors never find.
Practical Considerations
The 9-point rating this place gets isn’t an accident — it’s those little details that add up. The staff knows the neighborhood well and can point you toward the good stuff, like which bakery has the best koláče or where to find decent coffee that isn’t tourist-priced. Parking can be tricky in this part of Prague (honestly, it’s tricky everywhere in the city center), but they’ll help you figure out the best options nearby. The apartments stay quiet at night, which is actually impressive considering how central you are. Their local knowledge truly enhances your stay.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back is the combination of independence and location — you get the freedom of your own place without sacrificing proximity to everything Prague has to offer. Couples especially seem to love the romantic potential here; there’s something about having your own little Prague apartment that feels more authentic than a standard hotel experience. Plus, when recent guests consistently rate the location as “top” quality, you know you’re onto something good. It’s about being exactly where you want to be, with the space and freedom to enjoy Prague at your own pace.

Location and cleaning of the apartment were excellent. Very quiet street at walking distance to main attractions.
What could be improved: The apartment has two comfortable large beds, but the one of us had to sleep in a minibed. Not a biggie, but not comfortable.
