What could be improved: only one set of keys, so we had to play around with the lock boxes

Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and in a great location, just a few minutes from the center on foot. The apartment has all the information for a pleasant and easy stay. A wonderful terrace to enjoy. The hosts really try to do the little things. Definitely for any recommendation.

What could be improved: Parking in the area must be planned in advance!

Thanks for all Michal & friends! Very friendly and dependable crew! We had a very nice days in Prague and a fantastic night in the roxy club where played the "The Black Angels" on thursday. Your sleeping room with terasse, lovely kitchen with stuff all you could need, big couch in the living room, bathub in the big bath is exactly as stated and you feel right at home. It was pretty casual and very cozy and of course we wanted to stay. Simply we felt us very comfortable!

It feels like home. Very comfortable and relaxing in every corner. Balcony and bedroom is lovely. Netflix add a lot of point as well.

What could be improved: The common area at the ground floor of the building seems no one maintain. one milk splash on the ground for 3 days or maybe more.

The only good thing about the apartment was the location, quite close to the city center.

What could be improved: This apartment ruined our vacation. The terrace, which was one of the main reasons for choosing this place was unusable during the day. As there was nothing around to provide any kind of shade (like an umbrella) there was no way you could bare staying outside for more than a minute. The 4 of us ended up sitting on the floor, leaning against the outward facing wall, like animals, in order to drink our coffee in the morning. The only time we could use it, in the evening or at night, there was basically no privacy to the neighbouring balconies and you would also occasionally enjoy different types of toilet smells floating around from other people's vents. Aside from this, the place is cramped and the photos are deliberately taken to appear larger. There were not enough chairs in the house for 4 people, which meant we had to continually move chairs up and down the stairs, as the kitchen and terrace were on different floors. There was only one garbage bin in the whole house, which lead to garbage bags everywhere. Several light fixtures were either not working or were literally hanging on a wire. The toilet would only flush when pushed in certain ways. Most power outlets were placed behind furniture, making moving furniture around a daily activity. The internet was awful, on the top floor there was only 1 bar and you could barely view photos on Whatsapp without waiting. When trying to reach the owner to ask for a solution, the number they left on the site and in the room turned out to be disconnected, literally there was no way to contact them. They only replied in writing after being escalationg to Booking.com and offered nothing aside from saying that our complaints are unwarranted and that we are "provoking them" and that nothing of this sort was in the description of the apt.
